Silver Dragon Take Away in Herefordshire

Ordered for 4 at 18:50. Called to chase 3 times and on each occasion told was on its way. 2hrs 15 later restaurant is closed not taking calls and food is nowhere to be seen.Update - food finally arrived at 21:14 - chips cold and inedible. Will be calling again today to get refund

Rang and ordered too collect, got back to an extra rice and didn't add my curry! Rang up to tell them no curry and they said it would take 25mins to bring one to us, bare in mind will be cold by that time! Chicken fried rice is vile chicken don't taste right chips drip with oil! Absolutely wouldn't recommend this place only used as normal one we use was closed everyone go to the new lucky house it's amazing food and good price 👍

Made a fairly large order and was so disappointed with the portion sizes!! For example in a portion of spare ribs in bbq sauce i got a shocking 4 small-medium sized ribs!!!As a whole for the standard of food, the portion size and the price i just simply wont go here again. Feel like im being robbed a bit.

Fairly poor quality and high price. Sweet and sour hong kong style was very odd tasting, not at all like usual. Chips were soft with some and powdery with others, rice was over cooked. New Jasmine House much better value and quality

It was clean and smart. The girl taking the order was polite and helpful when we asked about delivery. When we got home which is a good 10/15 minute drive food was still hot and my other half really enjoyed special house curry. Chicken balls weren't too greasy either!

First time we have had a takeaway since the new owners ... They need to step up, previous owners the food was delicious with what seemed to be homemade chips... Now they are oven chips... Anyone can heat those up. The rice dish we had was OK and mushrooms OK, but certainly not as nice as before.

Used before with just eat and liked. Now I have to collect and the food is rubbish. The House special fried rice was disgusting, the meat was over cooked and old and too thick, rice was soggy. The sweet and sour crispy beef was salty crispy beef dipped in sweet and sour sauce witch was nearly black. I will not return as they also tried to overcharge me so check your change.

Had delivery tonight was shocking knew straight away it was different didnt realise there was new owners .it was cold, curry was like water rice undercooked ,foo young was burnt ,chips were white and still raw prawn crackers were that soft like rubber couldnt eat any of it had to put in bin .Rang them to find out new owners lad on phone was appologetic offered another meal which i declined as was so bad first time .owner was shouting in background need food back to refund but like i said was in bin .will never use again ,shame really been using this place for over 20 years

Just had food from here and it was absolutely disgusting! The food was greasy and the rice was awful, prawn crackers tasted like they a month old they were stale and soggy. It's under new management and you can certainly tell, will not be returning as I am really disappointed and what a waste of money. Food went straight in the bin and to be honest is the best place for it. If I could give zero stars I would!

Only giving it 1 star because I can't give it anything less. Absolutely disgusting food that was so inedible we asked them to return to collect it and give us a refund. Pre-ordered before they had opened so would expect the food to be fresh but the chips and ribs looked like they had been reheated several times. Sweet and sour sauce was tasteless and the vegetable dish was mainly beansprouts. Appalling customer service when we called to complain. Would NEVER order from here again.
