Starbucks in Herefordshire

Staff seemed busy and quite dedicated and the place was clean and tidy. No quicker or slower than any other Starbucks and our drinks were nice. If you needed to just pop in for a pee, it wouldn't be a problem.

Convenient location, great coffee. Not a reflection on this outlet but Starbucks please clean your outlets better. Toilets always messy, always rubbish on the tables.

Excellent.Taste was good along with service.Took cash payment unlike there competitor Costa.Paid an extra £1.20 for a solid reusable cup which gives a 25pence reduction each time its reused.Would revisit here again.

These places are all the same all over pretty much. I do try to avoid them, but they have their uses.Warm coffee tastes like it's full of flavorings... I would love to just get a straight forward black coffee which doesn't take the top of your mouth off it's so hot, but you can't, so you get a fancy thing which is warm too hot.....Nothing really against these, but not much for either, we all know what we're going to get and we take it.....

Just want to say how fantastic Jane and Luke costumer service is deffo coming again when I pass great coffee to. Service with a smile how it should be done keep up the good work 👍👍💪🔥🔥

Great service, friendly staff and clean toilets

Very nice coffee... eventually. Is this the ssslllooowweeesssttt drive through ever? Fifteen minutes between ordering and collection and I was third car! Ok, they don't promise to be quick but I could have driven to Monmouth in that time! 😜

Served by Josh today who was polite, helpful and able to recommend some syrup flavours. Kindness goes a long way. 5* to him and the almond white chocolate mocha he recommended!

Love my coffee on the go between my calls, and just had a fab flat white at the Ledbury Road, Ross on Wye outlet. It was so refreshing to be served by such a friendly team of girls, who despite working under pressure seemed so happy and enthusiastic in their work. Would highly recommend. 👌✔️

Most of the times that I have been here it has always been a slightly disappointing experience and today was no different. Tables not cleaned up, napkin station dirty with bin overflowing. I keep going back hoping it will be cleaner and a more pleasant experience but no....Starbucks you need to up your game!
