A discovery. Only just opened the old drovers Inn it is something special. Gently and tastefully refurbished. The car drive to get there is wonderful too, what a location. The food is very good too. Unpretentious yet inventive with an emphasis on the excellent local produce. Not cheap but actually very good value as the quality is so evident.Great staff able to help with all sorts of issues.

What a find! Fantastic mix of old and new. Delicious food & beer, great atmosphere & amazing rhubarb fizz cocktail! Would be great for a passing pint or full on food. Will definitely be back soon.

The entree prices were a bit steeper than expected, but that's partly our fault for not reading the menu in detail before making the drive. But it was well worth it for the nice country roads on the way up, the roaring wood fires, and the well poured pints. A real gem, and some of the best food I've had in a while!

A characterful pub restaurant in a remote, dramatic location. The food is first class as is the welcome and the waiting staff. Good beers, cider and perry all locally sourced like the ingredients. But prices are high end restaurant not pub!

Excellent lunch, top notch ingredients, great cooking, good service and good value for three courses, pre-drinks, coffee, bottle of very good wine and service charge included. Perhaps not as much choice for a vegetarian, but for meat & fish lovers what is not to like? Imaginative chef and with cheerful and efficient service a real pleasure.I will certainly be making The Bull at Craswell a regular visit for a light bar snack or the full monty.

One of the finest pub experiences you can possibly have. A beautifully refurbished drovers in, keeping the original cosy charm. I love the whole ethos these guys live buy, from farming there own livestock, and curing their own meats and then serving it in the pub. The food was perfectly considered and confident. You will not be disappointed.Delicious local ale was also excellent.

We’ve been eagerly anticipating the opening and we’re lucky to get in on Saturday of the first week. Did not disappoint. The interior has maintained all its original features and the redesign has been sympathetic to the original pubs long heritage. Food is spot on. Simple classics executed brilliantly with care and attention to the ingredients. Cannot wait for more visits. Well done to everyone involved !

Such a beautiful old pub that has been given a new lease of life after a long time of being closed. Already had some wonderful food and drink here and booked in again for this weekend - Can't wait! Super friendly staff and a warm fire, the old bar has been kept just the same so it is great for just a drink too! A visit is highly recommended!

With another lock down possibly looming, I couldn't think of a better place to spend it than in the Bull's Head. Its warm cosy fires accompanied by lovely wooden tables gives a great feel to the place. The staff were all super friendly. A great selection of beers on tap, perfect for a lock in. Having ordered most of the menu we waddled out. Everything was outstanding! Can't wait to return.

Wonderful to see this old place under new management and totally re-vamped, and to such a high standard! The menu is wide-ranging, highlighting the marvellous ingredients available locally. The only drawback is having to make a choice!!The food was really top quality, beautifully presented and extremely moreish! Couldn't recommend it any higher!
