Stayed for 1 night last night staff were really friendly and helpful. The indian restaurant inside food was stunning and service was fab. Really enjoyed our get away

The tables looked lovely,service was good,food tasty and well cooked. I had steak (as usual when I go out!) which was tender and done perfectly. My grandson had pizza, which he couldn't finish so they put it in a box for him to bring home. Desserts were dreamy,had a job to choose only one! The gluten free honeycomb cheesecake was a big hit with both gluten intolerant and non-intolerant family members, and a lovely change from the usual gluten free brownie, the only gluten free dessert on offer in many restaurants. Our waiter was very considerate and helpful and they went out of their way to accommodate our culinary requirements. Prices were reasonable too. We will definitely be back.

The only positive thing was that my order was delivered on time but cold and part of the order was missing. The rice container wasn't even 3/4 full. I have had nicer jar sauces than this. So don't bother.

Quirky dining experience, steak was delicious...the puddings looked awesome.... too full to order one 😵 reasonably priced, parking looked limited but we were within walking distance..... loved that teddy bears were helping with social distancing...

Lovely country pub, warm welcome from staff, great food and wonderful atmosphere. Pop in, I mostly love the garden furniture, plenty of seating inside and out.

Indian food was amazing. Too spicy for my taste buds, but my partner says the food was superb & one of the best she has ever had. Staff were amazingly friendly & couldn't do enough for us. Even incredibly welcoming to our dog, sat us in the pub & brought the food out to us. Highly recommended, will eat here again if we are ever in town!
