The Fox & Badger in Herefordshire

Not impressed poor service as it was closed when it was advertised as open.

Recently renamed as 'The Dirty Rabbit' I was expecting a good meal from this rebranded tapas bar. Sadly not so.. the menu was very restricted and the place was cold. I had the fish and chips as it was a Friday. I must say the fish was very good, but why on earth must the chips be frozen? The frozen peas I can accept, but how hard is it too cut up a potato and make proper chips?My partner is veggie, which the staff knew, but after they brought a cheesecake which contained gelatine which she couldn't eat, it was still charged for..The staff were friendly and cheerful..

Nice place to have a bite to each, menu is a bit limited, understandable due to current climate. Lovely staff and dog friendly.

Excellent food and service in a safe environment, yet retains atmosphere. Well done team. Good food, good value.

It was quiet & the meals were reasonabley priced also very nice, I'll be going again.

Nice wee place. Nothing fancy. Down on holiday from Scotland and wandering through the town. A local recommended it for the food, so we thought we'd give it a try. I had a delicious steak and the missus enjoyed her chicken, bacon and mushroom pie which was the special. The wee yin had fish fingers on the kids menu, 2 pints for me and a soft drink for the good lady, and the whole thing came in at just under 40 quid. Great service from the barman, lovely stuff.

Great food, very friendly service and a good choice of drinks. We stopped by, somewhat impromptu, for a lunch on a Friday and thought that the Fox & Badger offers excellent value. We will be sure to stop in the next time we're in Bromyard!

Really lovely place. Food was great, but nothing outstanding. Staff were welcoming.

Just got back from celebrating my daughter Rachel's birthday and had a very pleasant meal. Food good, service very good as always by the lovely Sophie. Will definitely go back. Thanks guys
