The Garway Moon Inn in Herefordshire

Very clean, great shower, good beds and pillows so a great night's sleep and big full English brekkers. Friendly staff and great pub menu.

Really friendly place. The menu was limited on a Friday, during our stay, but the chef came out and managed to do up a really really tasty vegetarian option. We were looked after and had a great nights sleep. The noise from the bar below was a small minus as was not being able to book in until 1700.The location was very out of the way (only in a very good way).

Thankyou so much to everyone at the Moon. We had a fabulous meal in the snug and everything was perfect. The food delicious, the staff delightful and so welcoming . The customers we met too felt like friends!! It definitely was my happiest birthday celebration!🌜🌝⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We needed a good feed after a long day at Oldfield forge and the garway moon was perfect. The staff were pleasent and helpful. Ash the chef is incredible and Tuesday curry night is a must for anyone in the area. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Had an amazing time, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, really good views! The whole place is wonderful! The food is exceptional and the rooms are a really good size!The only thing that put me off the 5 Star was the Cobwebs on the ceilings. Me an dmy partner had a really good time and we enjoyed every minute of our time there!

We ordered a couple of lunches for delivery to our blacksmithing course at the Oldfield Forge. The food was delivered on time and warm despite the cold weather. The burger was excellent, big and juicy, well cooked and garnished. The fries were perfectly fried too. Great to see the packing was not the dire polystyrene, but a recyclable card/paper. Certainly recommended if you're visiting the area or heading over to Oldfield Forge.

My husband and I stayed here overnight when we visited Oldfield Forge. The room we stayed in was immaculate. Despite the bitter cold outside the room was warm and cozy. Staff were so polite and attentive during breakfast. We thought it was very lovely how someone called us to check we were ok (given the 5 miles down unlit country roads) when we hadn’t arrived on checkin day by 8:30pm. Will definitely be visiting here again - mostly likely with our children as we felt it was very family friendly.

Food very good .although very understaffed as it is at the moment with most pubs long wait in between service . Also extremely cold making dining uncomfortable . Would I return ? Yes but with warmer clothes on or in the summer . We were sat in the snug area as a private party

It was amazing the landlord and landlady were friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and the food was great. I would definitely go there again

A welcoming Inn serving fantastic food and offering comfortable clean rooms with quality bedding and facilities. The owners and their team are friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional and would highly recommend staying here or just for a great dining experience.
