When we visited (around 9pm on a Friday) the all the tables seemed sticky and full of uncleared plates. The outside area had discarded cutlery and used sauce sachets strewn under the tables. Disinterested staff didn't help. As this was our first visit we may have just been unlucky on this occasion.

Standard wetherspoons, lovely beer garden but very rude member of staff.I asked for mixed berries Stowford press and she started pouring normal, I then notified her that I asked for mixed berries and I arrived at an very abrupt no you didn't, to which a few times I assured I asked for mixed berries and she was adamant and very argumentative that I hadn't asked for what I know I ordered to then she gave in and muttered " for fuxks sake" under her breath. Disgusting service to what seems like a nice pub.

Ordered our lunch on app. My husbands drink arrived followed by food. No sign of my drink. When I asked several times I was told by server its coming. Eventually I had to wait in a large queue at the bar to receive drink. In the meantime food went cold.

Still good prices, had a vegan sausage chips n beans and was nicely full. Pleasant inside and the app ordering is easy. Only problem is the mad propaganda..

Great place for a pint, however on a Sunday morning having two breakfasts and coffee the service was poor. Waited for ages for breakfast and when it came the baked beans, bacon and egg was cold with no staff to get hold of to tell. Its a good job we know this is not the normal excellent service.

Maybe they were short staffed but the carpeted floor was littered with food, serviettes and condiment packets, also the tables had not been cleared or cleaned. We got our table cleaned by the waitress when the food was delivered but our curry arrived with poppadoms but without the mango chutney dips. Generally, Wetherspoon's offer really nice food, delivered by friendly staff so perhaps this was just a bad day. I'd recommend you try them if you haven't already been.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. We met up with old friends we hadn't seen for months. The venue was overcrowded, tables too close together, little evidence of mask wearing or social distancing. However, the staff were trying their best despite the problems. Shall not visit again.

Ordered a large breakfast and they had ran out of toast. My brother also ordered a breakfast but the app messed up and the order did not complete properly. When my food arrived but his had not, it was only then that we were told the order had not gone through. To reorder would mean waiting another 30 mins. So my brother basically had to watch me eat. Really not ideal. Food was ok but very questionable service. 4/10, probably would not eat there again.

Great pub just outside Hereford city centre, which represents a nice branch of JD Wetherspoons. Tasty food and a wide variety of drinks at great prices. Nice atmosphere and very spacious! Also has an elegant pair of fabulous carpet styles, for those who appreciate a good Wetherspoons carpet 😂Despite Tim Martin being a Tory-backing, Brexit-supporting gammon, you just can't help visiting his pubs 🤷🏼‍♂️🤣🇪🇺❤️
