Great atmosphere, really friendly staff, an assortment of ales, gins to suit all tastes, proper local pub. Awesome Sunday lunch and lovely weekday menu. A must to visit 😋

Great food at a good price. Really accommodating staff. Dog friendly

·

Great pub and some great food. We stayed in the carpark overnight thanks to landlord. The pub has a very friendly atmosphere if a tad cold. The fire was on but did not seem to get everywhere. Will return.

My favourite place to eat! The menu is varied and delicious, the Greek inspired tapas dishes are incredible, the portion sizes are great, the food is good value, the pub is warm and cosy and the staff are all really friendly :). Couldn't fault this place!

Very friendly pub with excellent staff and landlord. Good selection of real ales. Excellent food but check for serving times and pub hours.

Great friendly pub, gaffer was brilliant. A warm welcome and banter to boot. Beer was excellent. Enjoyed my visit. Well worth a visit.

What a great stay . Vicky and Steve looked after us. Fabulous beer, company and food of five star quality. Thank you both for a great couple of days

Lovely old building with lots of character. Staff were amazing as was the food. Home made steak and ale pie was delicious. Plenty of beers, ciders and spirits to choose from. Huge beer garden to the rear and parked overnight in the rear of the pub for free, they just ask you to buy a drink or meal. Field was a little uneven although I managed in my lowered van.Set in a beautiful part of the country, will definitely be visiting again.

Staying at local B&B, came for dinner and drinks. What a lovely discovery. Steve and Vicky were very welcoming and hospitable. All bar and waiting staff were polite and courteous, special mention to Ruby. Food was plentiful, delicious and reasonably priced. Beer garden was beautifully kept and we just didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back in future when in the area.

Hidden jem! Looks like any other pub from the road until you discover the fabulous beer garden with music in the rear. Interior is equally stunning! Hosts Steve and Vicky welcome motorhomes and campers to park up overnight in a field behind free of charge if you eat and drink at the pub. Greek inspired menu as owners have lived for over 20 years in Greece! Absolutely delicious food and drinks!!!
