Nice soy latte, not very frothy, lift the frother in and out of the milk so as not to leave it to get really loud! Problems with the till but it happens. Friendly staff many thanks.

Great to see The Snugg reopen .. very pleasant staff, a welcome cup of coffee and tasty cakes. Perfect for this small Herefordshire station; the staff deserve support and encouragement … well done!

No atmosphere, few food choices and very poor coffee. We won’t be returning.
