The Sun Inn in Herefordshire

Whilst staying elsewhere locally, we happened to discover this little gem of a pub.The food was tasty and reasonably priced with a good selection of drinks. A friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the highlight being the lovely, warm and hospitable hosts.If in the area we would definitely pop back for a meal or even stay in the accomodation above the pub.We highly recommend

Such a cute little pub!

We called in for a drink here. Lovely atmosphere and traditional pub. However, we ordered some desserts and they were pretty awful. Base of chocolate brownies were cremated, you could smell it. When mentioned to landlady she barely acknowledged and certainly no apology. Lager very flat too. A shame as other than that lovely atmosphere but money down the drain on the food.

Such a wonderful place. The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and have the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Food is top knotch. Will definitely stay again

Lovely idyllic setting and very helpful and nice owners

A lovely stay at the Sun Inn. A nice traditional country pub with a relaxed atmosphere. The pub is cosy and relaxed, and the accommodation, very spacious, modern and clean. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and the food - both breakfast in the morning and the lovely evening meal we had - was excellent. A great base to explore the nearby hills and lovely villages like Hay on Wye. Highly recommended.

Stayed on 12.09.20 on route to visit family. Friendly host , immaculate rooms, looked and smelt freshly decorated. Plenty of tea/coffee & kettle. Big immaculate bathroom with shower. Highly recommend. Would def use again

Absolutely disgusting the food was full of oil the chips were the days before and fryed again, and who frys ciabatta bread for steaks sandwiches, discusting swimming in oil felt sick never go again,
