Cracking little pub..A proper corner pub.. lovely bitter. top staff . Itβs really nice to pop into somewhere where takes you by surprise and feel you been going for years, locals to the pub are welcoming and love just random conversation β¦

It's been on my 'to do' list for ages, and was finally able to pop in on a recent trip to Ross. It didn't disappoint - a great range of real ales and craft beers in great condition, and friendly staff and customers who were very welcoming to visitors. It's small, although not as small as some micros, and there's space outside as well, so there seemed to be room for everyone. A must-visit if you're in the area.

Great oasis of cask ale in Ross. Very friendly, more room than it looks, with outside seating for good weather days. Well worth a detour or pop in after your shopping trip to Morrisons.Food now available with interesting range of burgers.

Amazing pub, lovely environment with great people and fantastic beer. AND FANTASTIC FOOD. There's always an array, always something new. It's dog friendly, which is great if you have a dog - but don't worry, if you don't like dogs you can get away outside or in the other room. It's only a small place, but the people who run it are fantastic and hilarious people who work very hard and will alway be willing to advise you on what to choose for the week, especially if you let them know what you usually like. They also do food - I can't wait to try the ostrich burger! They've won the CAMRA award for best pub and they deserve it...Definitely go here!I have now tried the ostrich and the elk burger! I must say, both are delicious, I was going to write a whole separate review, but Google won't let me. What I can tell you, is that my parents thoroughly enjoyed the dirty fries, so much so that they've ordered them several times. Personally, I've loved the burgers - the elk is so good that I'm struggling with myself over whether to try more or simple come back for more elk! Whatever happens, the food is great, the drinks are brilliant compared to your average pub and the people are lovely. Definitely go here.

Amazing pub. We initially popped in for a pint but ended up staying for a fair few hours thanks to the great beer and fantastic atmosphere. Shame it's not my local!

Brilliant. A tiny micropub which just has such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Great selection of beers. Easy to see why it won Pub of the Year in 2019.

Nice micropub, plenty of ales and free pork pie when we visited. This is the best place for ales in Ross by a long shot.
