This lovely country pub was half way around our walk from Bridge Sollers. We were made really welcome. They had a fine selection of real ales and local ciders.

·

Traditional country pub with oak beamed interior. As with most pubs nowadays looks like covid has threatened there existence.

The staff are lovely and the environment is lovely too.We had food here a while ago and it was great. Not had any recently, due to Covid.Definitely worth a visit if you are camping or boating in the area.

Very friendly and welcoming. I can recommend the Wednesday Diamond Dinner set lunch as good value, and it also has a vegetarian option. Also great beer gravity fed from the cask.

Lovely people, excellent beer, hearty food, warm welcome. We got flooded in up the road at Byecross Campsite in October ‘18 and the landlord and locals could not have been more helpful and friendly - got towed out by friendly farmer with massive tractor!

A wonderful experience in pub hospitality and fare is to be had at the Yew Tree Inn.We, including our rather nosy dogs who made themselves at home, were warmly welcomed when we arrived yesterday for a late lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was attractively served and most importantly, absolutely delicious. We loved the fact products are locally sourced and served. It may have been our first visit to our 'local' pub, but it most certainly will not be our last!Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Lovely food! Very friendly staff, ate here twice in the space of 4 days on a long weekend away. Would definitely recommend, not a huge choice on the menu mid week but perfect food!

We visited the Yew Tree in whilst staying in a campsite down the road during a canoeing trip on the Wye. A proper pub where the landlord couldn't be too helpful - we had the Sunday roasts which were great after a hard days canoeing! However, the reason I've bothered to write a review (I don't normally) is because we asked the landlord to make us some take out sandwiches for breakfast the next day as there was nothing else available locally. I'm sure this must've been a complete nuisance during a busy dinner service, but they did it, very willingly indeed. Outstanding hospitality that deserves a top rating.
