Walwyn Arms in Herefordshire

Lovely pub garden, with great food and drink. Table service was superb, with friendly, helpful staff.The pastas were full of flavour. The fish (fish and chips, scampi and calamari,) were all perfectly battered, light and crisp. The sauces were fresh and well matched as well. Everyone enjoyed their meal from start to finish.

Delicious, generous carvery with so many homemade trimmings! Properly moist but not stodgy bread and butter pudding. Excellent and efficient service team. Left full and very happy.

Tried this place for a Sunday carvery, never again. Three meats on offer: beef, lamb, and - bizarrely - gammon. They were out of lamb. Gammon isn't my idea of a Sunday roast. So just the one meat then. Factor in the surly waitress who served us. Adds up to one star.

Excellent impromptu trip out for lunch today. Ordered some delicious sandwiches - really fresh bread, generous fillings and so tasty! Fireside seats next to the wood burner which was an unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend visiting here - friendly service, lovely food - absolutely fantastic!

Lovely relaxed friendly pub with great meals. Loved the toilets as well. Each toilet has an extra child seat added to the normal toilet. Can't understand why this isn't standard!

Lovely pub, loads of room set out spaciously. Good menu and pleasant staff. Food was very good enjoyed the whole experience.

My fiancée and myself visited Walwyn arms much Marcel for a carvary today not sure what to expect but we were met by the most fabulous staff and very friendly to who managed to squeeze us in as they were busy, the meal was outstanding, very clean pub if I could give more stars I would definitely going back .

We had a lovely lunch here today! The service was wonderful! It was clean and our group felt very safe with the considerate measures they have in place. Highly recommend! Food was delicious and good portion sizes.

Great service and a very good meal. We sat outside and the seating area was pleasant. Really good carvery and selection of well kept ale.
