Late and cold food, offered money if next order didn't happen. Never again. That was the first time, always give a second chance but this was the second chance. Never again!

Website and card technology failure. Poor understanding of the problem. Money missing. No customer service. Rude staff. Refusal to find a solution. When threatened with police visit, attitude improved and immediate refund was given. Cannot rate food; never got that far. A most disappointing first impression following some decent reviews !

Please avoid this place at all costs. I was over the road waiting for a taxi and one of the chefs was scratching his behind for a good 5 minutes he then proceeded to sniff his fingers and wipe his hand down his apron. The man blatantly saw me looking but didn't care i have honestly never been so disgusted in all my life. It's disgusting anyway but to do that whilst cooking and serving food is absolutely rank.

We have ordered from here several times. Food always good, delivered in a reasonable time. Their top feature however is that they are the only Chinese takeaway in Lichfield that serves 'mock' chicken, that is suitable for vegetarians. Thank you to Angel House!

Strongly recomend you dont use on a Saturday night if you are hungry. Ordered through Just Eat, advised 1 hour 15 for delivery. It's now 2 hours 10 and we still have no food! P.s. if you try to cancel you only get a 50% refund, which is just great.

Been ordering Chinese from here for many years until tonight.Pre paid via card over phoneOrdered a good quantity of food.Food arrived promptly.Some dishes were missing so I rang to complain.They insisted it was my mistake and I hadn't ordered it.Payment taken already.I will never use this place again and I used to order every week...

Absolutely disgraceful! Ordered crispy salt and pepper beef and they sent us a box full of batter, literally no beef whatsoever, all tiny pieces of batter no meat at all. Absolute con! Then when we contacted to query this the lady on the phone was extremely rude and put the phone down! Avoid at all costs! (Posting an image of this on trip advisor for evidence)

I ordered my choosen dish for it to be cancelled by the restaurant. I called up and was told reorder, I also stated that I did not want prawns in my curry as I'm allergic to seafood & fish. Yes ok no problem I was told. My meal came 35 minutes later, before I tipped the contents of the curry onto my plate of rice & chips I noticed a prawn in the curry, so my tea was egg fried rice & chips no Curry! Awful customer service, will never order from again

We ordered from these and had to wait nearly 2hours for our food to come which was cold. We rand several times to be told different things like they are outside be we were stood by the gate the whole time to there are 2 cams with the same name and postcode that is a blatant lie. I also got abuse from the lady when I called several times asking where the food was and for discount none was offered. It was delivered by a young lass and her fella who just laughed when i told them and asked them to discount or give it for free they said no way it would be taken from their wages if they did. Usually food is nice but when you have to reheat it it's never the same very disappointed and custom will be taken else where.
