ASK - Lichfield in Lichfield

Went out with 9 friends and family. Had calamari to start which was a little chewy, then chicken milanese which was superb. Really tasty, cooked to perfection, great portion size and really hot on arrival. All in all had a great time.

Excellent service tonight and the food was to a really good standard. I tried the new Beef Brisket dish which I can recommend as it was lovely. Well done to the slick team on tonight. As good as Central Birmingham branch if not better. Thank you.

Impromptu visit. We had a great lunch sitting outside enjoying the sunshine on Sunday. Tasty food, 500ml carafe of wine and very friendly service. Thank you. We will be sure to repeat.

Lovely atmosphere however the calamari was over cooked unfortunately and no spoon or parmigiano offered with linguine pasta. Thought it was abit over priced.

Lovely meal. Everyone in our party of eight loved all of their courses and my little boy had a lovely birthday evening. Thank you to all the staff who were attentive, friendly and highly efficient. This is our fifth time at Ask Lichfield and the consistency is very impressive.

Friendly staff, lovely food (even gluten-free) only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is that there were a couple of items of gluten free missing, and they couldn't serve any hot drinks as the machine had broken down. Will definitely be returning!!

Went here for a meal with my boyfriend. All the staff were so polite, attentive and friendly. Food came out so quickly and was delicious...I even asked to take my leftovers home because I didn't want them to go to waste! All round a great experience. Thanks so much, couldn't ask for more.

Food was delicious, service very fast and friendly especially from the lady manager who served us, all 3 courses were full off flavour and really nice love the pasta from this place, be back again soon!

Went on a Saturday evening, 4 adults, had a table booked for 8.30pm & phoned to change last minute to 9pm & the restaurant was very accommodating.All four of us had different starters & main courses & everyone was pleased with the portion sizes, & taste etc. None of us had dessert as we were all too full!It is reasonably priced; bill came to just over £100 including a drink each.Only disappointing thing is they don't accept Tesco clubcard vouchers & I'd already exchanged mine for 'Ask' 🙄

Wonderful staff and service. However the price is at the higher end. I had a salmon salad for £14 a but over priced in my opinion. The desert wasn't to my liking. It was a bit too sour for me.
