Vineyard Tour - don’t waste your moneyAdvertised as…‘Walk down the vineyard and a talk about of the vineyard (weather permitting).Tour of the winery, with commentary.Slide show presentation of the process of wine making.Wine Tasting – three of the Buzzards Valley rangeFollowed by a Cheese/Ham graze box’THE REALITY…It was raining so no walk down the vineyard (accepted as this was advertised) but then all the tour consisted of was being taken upstairs and sat at a table to watch a poorly executed video with a few stops to add a few comments (most of which were about the son buying a new car)The graze box’s were dished out and let’s just say, if you do go, remember there is a fast food outlet just by the roundabout you will go around on the way out.There was no tour of the winery and the wine tasting is 2 glasses, well samples, served whilst watching the film and a third with the graze box.Obviously you’re encouraged to browse the shop which is probably the best part of it to be honest.All done by about half 8, so the half 9 to 10pm would probably be right if you went to see the vines and actually had a tour of the winery.Like I say, don’t waste your money. Try some wine in the shop for free and spend the tour money on the wine if you like it.

The bailiff of the fishery is a friendly chap with a great knowledge of the fishing I would definitely recommend ask for Tom he's a real catch

Great local produce, including honey, pickles, chutney, chocolates ect... The Artisan Market is also amazing and has some great stalls

Came for the artisan fair on a Sunday. Lovely array of stalls. Cute on site shop some quirky bits and bobs too. Nice place to source a slightly more unusual gift.

Lovely little shoo selling various trinkets. Quite expensive, and the wine is below average in my opinion. I bought the medium dry Good Company red wine for £10. Tastes watered down and just bad..might be the only bottle that is buy happened to be the one I bought. So I can only give 2 starts.

Lovely shop with gifts, wine, confectionery & more, it's a little pricy but worth a visit if your looking for something different

Not as many stalls or choices I thought there would be, some home produced items are quiet expensive for portion size offered. Approach road very narrow with few passing places.

Good days fishing, would highly recommend hawk lake as it has some net busting barble. Very Very good fishery!

A great outdoor market with varied stands of food and crafts. Simply the Best Scotch Eggs and Sausage Rolls was the best looking stall and the scotch eggs, sausage rolls , scones and dessert scotch eggs were all to die for. The samosas were also delicious in the Hibiscus stand next to Simply the Best!

What a wonderful experience! Gin tasting in the very well shop, and coffee and cake in the loft cafe! A fabulous variety of foods and drinks, both in the cafe and in the shop below. I’ll certainly be returning to do a vineyard tour and wine tasting!
