Chetwynd Arms in Lichfield

Absolutely awesome food at the Chet. The smoker food is delightful and the service great. We had four of the meals today and they were smashing. Great value and great taste. What's not to like??

Excellent visit and friendly staff as always. On this ocasion we arrived without a booking and it was no problem at all where we decided to eat in their marquee which is very cosy. For food we ordered the Chet smokehouse platter along with the garlic chilli prawns so was a great combo for the two of us to share! Would deffinatley reccommend.

Love lovely food and the young waitress that served us was attentive and polite. Highly recommended. And 'the damage' bill cover made me smile :-)

Food was good.but one of our party had tepid cup coffee served,mentioned to waitress who did not offer to replace or heat up had to ask when she reappeared. Little things like that influence whether or not a pub is perceived as offering a good service,or not!

Lovely meal and helpful staff I would definitely recommend, a very extensive menue will hopefully go many more times Lovely garden too.

Just passing and decided to pop in for lunch. We didn’t have a reservation and we had two dogs with us. They happily seated us in the restaurant area where dogs were allowed.The menu had a good choice and i was struggling to decide what to have as it all sounded delicious. We both had the gammon which was served with egg, pineapple chips and peas. Everything was cooked to perfection. Good home cooked fresh food.We will definitely return here and would recommend it to others too.

Lovely village pub with great features. Good indoor and outdoor spaces. Great selection of well kept beers and I'm told the food is good, with Sunday lunch being very popular. Well recommended.

My first visit to Chetwynd Arms for Sunday lunch, very impressed by the dining area plenty of natural light. Lunch was served quickly and plenty of food on the plate. I recommend you visit this place and see for yourself, thumbs up

Lovely food with vegan options, seems like they get very booked up on the weekends though so be sure to reserve a table!Wide open beer garden and actively dog friendly.

Really nice and cosy, good atmosphere and nice people. The food was yummy as expected and service was great. Loved the fireplace ❤️
