Costa Coffee - Lichfield in Lichfield

Constantly have posters out the front advertising newitems such as hot chocolates, go to order and you get told we haven't got it. TAKE THE POSTER DOWN THEN!!!!

We had been in costa for lunch and had enjoyed the experience. Later on my little boy had an accident in a trolley where he hurt his head quite badly. I went to Costa so that I could sit down and comfort him and the staff were super helpful. I really appreciated their concern and their help at the time was invaluable. Thanks costa staff

Constant issues with cups for takeaway here. Most annoying when you sit in the drive through for ten minutes to find out when you cant reverse they don't have the cups. Then your stuck there for another ten minutes because you can't reverse. A coffee shop with no large cups for your journey is ridiculous.

Drove 15 minutes to sit in here on a Sunday afternoon and have coffee whilst waiting to meet a friend. Online states they close at 17.30pm however upon arrival was told they were going to shut at 4.Would not expect such a large chain to pick and choose opening times and inconvenience loyal customers.

Strolled up to the drive through at eastern Avenue & was pleasantly greeted with the THICKEST irish accent to take our order. He was cheery and the happiest id ever heard anyone work here before now. Then the guy who served us at the window wasnt the same person but was nice none the lessThe irishman who we spoke to on the intercom was much nicer though. Thank you ☺️

Staff here are too familiar. I don’t want to be called mate all the time. And not a single server (that I could see) had a mask on today. Utter contempt for their patrons

Coffee was delicious as usual food was OK but there is still alack of gluten free choice for a national chain. Other than certain flavours of crisps there is nothing savoury and only a couple of items in the sweet range one of which is a mince pie and therefore seasonal. I think you should be able to do a lot better.

Staff are very polite on both the drive-thru and in store , the store is always kept clean and tidy . The team work very fast and effectively on my orders both food and drinks always taste great 👍

On my visit today (23/09/2021) around 11am through the drive through, I was cheerfully greeted by a very happy and cheerful young lady called Jenny. Certainly put a smile on my face, if only the world had more people like you it would be a much better place. Thank you Jenny.

Costa Lichfield we love you! You saved us during lockdown and are now our daily go-to for a quick comfort-fix. Wonderful staff, great coffee-making. A bit affected by supply issues on food but we don't mind- there's always something.
