Fayre and Square Fradley Arms. in Lichfield

We booked for a meal turned up no chef in the kitchen. We was not phoned of this situation the girl behind the bar said everyone was phone called we was not. It was the same the week before I'd keep away I won't be going back.and to the owner this complaint was not this weekend and we was not phoned end off thanks for the sarcastic message and you should have more chefs then!!!

If I could give no stars I would , we rang and booked for a party of 18 people for our daughters birthday( a week in advance) , only for us all to turn up and be told they were no longer serving food , kitchen closed early that day due to the chef leaving for what we were told by different staff different excuses , no phone call to cancel our booking before we all turned up , do you only have one chef?The Children's park which is a stones throw from the busy A38 also has fallen fencing making it completely unsafe.Toby carvery in shenstone kindly went above and beyond to accommodate us all within the short time given , with beautiful food at good prices

The children’s soft play does need a bit a facelift as it is fairly run down. But the kids don’t mind that as they do enjoy the play area. The staff are friendly also.I recently attended a children’s party and the scheduled end of our party was the start of the next party. So there was a very awkward overlap period of people waiting and our party feeling like we had to finish early. I felt very sorry for the poor staff who were clearing the tables and children’s food area whilst the next party waited.This left a bit of a challenging situation that I think could be avoided with a small gap and not cramming the schedule so much.

Wow wow wowWe recently attended the Wacky Monthly Disco with the kids. It was amazing. Great value for money at £6 per child. The buffett food was amazing (hot dog, chicken nuggets and fries), the disco was amazing. Staff joined in with all the party dancing, was a fantastic atmosphere. We have already booked tickets for the next Disco on 18th Feb. Can Not wait to return. Kids love this place. 😀

We attended the disco at the wacky warehouse with 4 children ranging from 7-9yrs old and had a great time. The value was fantastic the buffet was a hit buffet and good size and the staff got stuck in dancing with the children. It was great to have a low cost outing that the kids could enjoy. 3 of our children won great prizes for the party games. We can’t wait to attend the next event in February

Lamb shank & Turkey roast dinner was beautiful and there was plenty of it, the portions are quite big. The lamb fell off the bone it was cooked beautifully. We'll definitely be coming here again.

Delicious food, friendly stuff! Place where you want to go back to ! I can recommend to everyone who is looking for quite place where you can fully enjoy yourself . Amazing wacky warehouse too , where kids always have so much fun ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From me !

We had our 3 year old sons birthday party at the Wacky Warehouse (1st party we have managed to do) and all of the children had the best time. My son absolutely loved it. Becky and the team were perfect hosts. Very attentative, making sure we had everything we needed and made our son feel really special at his first birthday party.Thank you so much. Will definitely have another party with you and I know some of the children's parents were impressed enough to book for their next party

Christmas Dinner with Family on Christmas Day. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Food delicious and plenty of it. It was our first time eating out on Christmas Day, but we will be back next year. A massive thank you to all the staff.

The lady and team that run the Wacky Warehouse are amazing. I have been bringing my three children since they were very young. They are so welcoming, friendly and hard working. What a great leader the supervisor is, fantastic with the children and you can really tell how much she enjoys her role. We love visiting.
