Nice pub, A few real ales on. Quite a few locals in, friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Enjoyed my visit.

Great place for a mid walk pint.

We had a great festive lunch here today. Our friends said it was one of the best steaks they had had in a long time. We're going back next week for more. Thanks to you all for a lovely lunch time. Jenny xx

Nice pub lovely restaurant area. The food was great couldn't fault it. Hot tasty a "goodly portion " . Landlady very helpful and friendly . I would recommend highly . We shall return

I visited the Fox and hounds a few weeks back after a saying o would never go back after the last visit 12 months ago. I have to say it was a total transformation new management the service was first class and the food was great quality.I would recommend this pub to anyone just not too many so we can still get a table, well done what a transformation we will definitely be making this a regular.

Enjoyable Sunday lunch with the family. 3 of us had lamb shanks one beef and a child's turkey roast all very enjoyable. Ordered some red wine asked which wines they had the waiter said merlot and it was his 1st shift there asked about the lagers they have Carling was his response so we went to the bar and ordered our own. I am not sure if he was joking. Ordered a bottle of Rioja which was really good.

Popped in for dinner on a Friday night - slightly worried to see we were the only ones dining at 7pm, but needn't have worried. Food was tasty and well priced - dining area got slightly chilly later on. Service was friendly and prompt and it seemed like a good place to have some drinks as well. There is car parking available.
