Khan's Kitchen in Lichfield

Visited in November to eat in. The food was very nice when it eventually came... it was extremely slow, the waiter had to apologise several times. Fortunately me and a couple of friends were okay to have a few drinks we'd brought with us while we waited. When I've had takeaways, they have always been very nice, although on a couple of occasions I have been waiting for my food and then get a message from JustEat that my order has been cancelled by the Restaurant, which is very annoying.

absolutely awful experience ordered a takeaway after waiting 1 hour turns up cold and the oil and the curry looked like mixed sick , rang up and complained offered me a free curry next time and my food re cooked and delivered however after another 1 hour i rang up and they then refused to re deliver my food and told me i wont be getting my money back as its now my problem they have sent the driver home... HAD TO GO DOWN AND GET THE MONEY MYSELF nice one for a curry before Christmas

Nine of us had a lovely meal at Khan's Kitchen last night. Would definitely recommend. The service was good too.

I normally use this place but it has got worse every time. A wait of about an hour for delivery is to be expected, we waited this long to chase the order up only to be told that they'd overlooked it. They refused a refund and just offered a bottle of pop as a goodwill offering. 30 minutes on and the order arrives, incorrect and completely bland and tasteless, I'm pretty sure the chips and popodums were from the previous day as they were like cardboard, we ordered a tikka masala for the kids that turned up as a Day-Glo sludge that tasted of nothing but sugar. The bhuna had ONE piece of tomato in it.There are plenty of other places to use, give them a try because this place is terrible.

I have had a number of meals from here and they have always been lovely. Tonight order, the food was lovely. Sadly the extra pot of mint sauce I paid for wasn't there. It took an hour and a half to deliver 2 mile away and the delivery guy was ever so sorry but he didn't have any change. Tonight issue went the norm but not impressed.

What a lovely evening we had! We have had the best time, we booked at khans kitchen for a works meal so we were in a large group the staff couldn’t of looked after us more we were informed on the way out that they had opened especially for us on a Monday they are usually closed they only opened as this was the date we requested! Wow amazing service! Definitely recommend food was amazing aswell !

Was very disappointed with my order last night.It took 2 hours 30 minutes to arrive. When we called after the first hour and half they said it was 10 minutes away. We called again 30 minutes later and they said leaving now. With the added comment "we are sorry we will add some free starters"The food arrived finally. No free starters and about 6 Popadoms missing and the ones that was in the bag was smashed into bits.It was ashame we had such a bad experience because all the other food was actually really nice.I understand times can be busy but was disappointed in how it was handled.😕

Not only do they have a beautiful place to eat in but the quality of food delivered is second to none!! They care and cater for everyone!!! The food is delicious its fresh and tasty and their Staff are FreAking amazing!! Its simple beautiful food cooked great and an amazing restaurant.If you are around. Don't drive pass!! The staff is very friendly and very well coming. I like the decor and the place us fairly big. You will have to pay, if you park round the back for more than 20 mins, so for a quick telephone order collection should be fine. There is a few parking spaces directly in front of restaurant in you feel like to sit in.
