McDonalds in Lichfield

Not too bad to start, lots of free machines to use, however receipt printers did not work which was problematic because I was a ‘silly billy’ and forgot my number. Then I could look over and the guy making my wrap was making a right hash of it! When I got it, nothing was in the wrap and it was all in the packet/box. Disgraceful -especially as it’s so easy to get right. The chips were way too salty. But still filled a corner.

Ordered via the app for first time, amazing service, waited about 2 minutes to collect my order. Greeted by a pleasant member of staff. The restaurant itself was very clean. This is exactly what a visit to Mcdonald's should be like 👍

This place is always hit and miss and I guess that is what makes it disappointing. Some days good, other days cold, unpleasant food. I've started customising my order just to get hot fresh food but that doesn't help with the chips .... The staff are always pleasant though.

Pros:Convenient location, all methods of payment accepted, seasonal menu change, very friendly staff, very hygienic.Cons:Starting to get over-priced for fast food. Very busy.

Came to the store with a friend this afternoon food was good and ordering was easy through the touch screen ordering machine , however when leaving we were approached by a member of staff as good as telling us we had to complete this survey we really didn't want to do this we both just wanted to leave then we were telling us how to answer the questions which we thought was dishonest by telling us to put excellent on everything and she also got a receipt from a card payment that was not ours most likely out of the bin , we felt harassed she them went on to tell us that she wanted to show us something on her phone and told us to wait at this point we had been finished with our meals around 10 minutes we felt so uncomfortable we left the store as quickly as we could before she came back with her phone overall we feel this was unprofessional and harassment we hope that this matter is dealt with accordingly by the manager who we have spoken to after leaving the store.

Was a busy Bank Holiday so staff seemed a bit stretched and there were a few dirty tables. Staff here are always friendly and the food is good. Lots of delivery drivers hanging around which can be off-putting.

Not a good experience, ordered from counter, I asked for extra pickle and was told the till would not let them add it, there were shift managers in earshot who took absolutely no notice when they could easily have asked the kitchen staff directly. My food wasn't great and the coffee was weak and warm. The tables were not cleaned and sanitised. I did mention it, however; they seemed to have a don't care less attitude. I definitely won't be going in there again.

Been in here around 5x in the last month. On my very short lunch break, 4 of which I’ve ended up walking out without my lunch. Because there was just no service. Plenty of staff huddled behind the counter, going about their day. Blatantly ignoring customers, it’s unprofessional and poor customer service. I actually dislike the fact I even have to click 1 star.

Absolutely shocking!! I ordered a burger tonight, only to find fried card/paper amongst the lettuce, truly disgusting!!! This place doesn't deserve the business and McDonalds didn't even have the courtesy to respond when I raised the issue with them - that is a great example of how little they think of their customers!!

Friendly greeting upon entering the restaurant from the female host.I had a very good wrap of the day for £1.99. The bread was nicely cooked, the food tasty with a little kick to it and properly presented.Flat White coffee was very good.Overall, a positive experience
