Napoli's Pizza in Lichfield

We often order from Napolis. It's by far the best pizza place in Burntwood and definitely isn't shy of competitors. That's why I'm disappointed to leave this review. It was our sons birthday this week so we let him decide what he wanted and as usual he wanted the Napolis sausage stuffed crust margarita. Order was placed, all went through great and food arrived earlier than expected.However, the delivery driver had quite clearly dropped the bag with the food in as the pizzas were squashed and the bbq sauce had exploded in the box. We made the most of it as couldn't have waited for them to correct it and send another order out due to it being a birthday party with lots of small children waiting to eat. That was our choice. What has bothered me the most is that upon emailing Napolis a friendly email the next morning explaining our situation with the photos as evidence - we've been ignored. So for that, you can have 2 stars and that's only because previous service has been much better.Edit - dropped it down to 1 star after having my email ignored.

I oder from Napoli’s all the time ,,, but tonight is my last oder from there ,,, they made 3 rd time same mistek ask for veg hot pizza they put sausage on that ,,, I really not understand how hard to understand if someone want veg pizza why they put meat on it ???? Food took 3 hours to arrive... I called the store 2 times while waiting, finally arrived cold and stale, called the store to complain.. manager refused to come to the phone, and kept on passing messages from the staff. The man on the phone was lovely though. The manager had said the food is cold cause we are short staffed, I don't place an order of £27 to say yeah your food will be cold cause we are short staffed, that's not my problem as a customer! Won't be ordering again, upsetting really as I always use these and always recommend, somehow it's gone down.

Ordered food 2 days ago through uber eats. Food arrived cold and horrible. I thought the blame was with uber eats and a delay with their driver however uber has confirmed that the restaurant delivered the food and not uber eats. My family meal was ruined thanks to napoli.

I think we should have shares in the business as we order regularly. Well, my son orders for himself, then we will and it feels our poor delivery driver is at our door all the time. Almost on first name terms 😂 if that isn’t testament to how great the service and food is, I don’t know what is!! Fabulous food and great delivery service. Thanks team Napoli x

There.The best pizza I've had in the past 10 years,Incredible quick delivery almost every single time its been less than 25 minutes from order to plate,And the greatest potato wedges to ever grace God's green earthPlease people, order here so we can all continue to get comfort from this divine takeaway.

Literally, excellent service. They don't allow customers to come in after 10 PM, so you have to order via phone and they will deliver. As I was on the way from London,it was late night we couldnt find any other places to eat,we explained the situation, so one of the staff members came outside and took the order and brought the pizza outside. He was very polite. And the pizza tastes good aswell.

I have bought many pizzas from here and have always been happy until I ordered from just eat and was charged a much higher price. The menu they have on just eat is way higher prices than the menu on the wall. This was for a collection so I am unsure why the price is so different. My advice is order direct and collect if you want a great pizza at a fair price but don't fall for the just eat menu

Best pizza we've ever had by far. Cooked perfectly by what looks like a busy team that knows what they are doing. Kitchen is open plan for people to see it is clean. Not many good pizza places left now. Try this one it was worth the drive only a mile n half though. Happy with my first order. Will be ordering again in a week or two.
