Average Not ordered for approx 1 year due to poor experience won't hurry back

Waited over 2 hours for delivery, nothing but rude advisors when complained for the wait, very poor customer service avoid at all costs

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. Stone cold when delivered, could not even see any cheese on it. Pretty bad when you spend nearly £30 and you have to warm it up and add your own cheese. Potato tots were burnt and disintegrated when you tried to pick them up, also were cold. Never ever going to order again.

This store (Lichfield) has had issues since it opened and I left it a year before I ordered here again. To be fair the last order I had was perfect, so I ordered again. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. I got a plain chicken pizza, I mean I could understand if it was on the menu but it isn't? So they just forgot to add the bbq sauce? The thing is someone put the pizza together, cooked it and then someone else checked it? It's pretty obvious it doesn't have BBQ sauce on.If this was the first time it would be a 3 star but come on this store has been hit and miss since opened years ago. These are restaurant prices, not the local kebab shop down the road. Get your stuff together.I advise you all go somewhere else.

My first first Papa John's experience as I was told to give it a go from recommendation. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered instead of dominoes or my local Barton's Pizza (which is lush).Verdict? - Expensive food for low quality.I ordered 3 thin pizzas and they weren't moist, it was just dry pizza without much flavour. Maybe that's how their thin pizza is but I've never had a thin pizza with that problem anywhere else. And WHAT is that side sauce? Okay, dominoes sauce is a hard match, but it's literally just overpowered garlic butter. Leaves a horrible taste in your mouth and it just tasted off. Maybe it's just my taste buds but again, I've never had a sauce like that from any takeaway pizza place, or anywhere at all for that matter. First and last time ordering from Papa John's

We had the vegan works and two sides and it was all absolutely lovely and cooked to perfection. David was brilliant and very knowledgeable about the food - I would definitely recommend

First time, and last .. Garlic bread was good but pizza was tasteless. Been better off chucking a £1 iceland one in oven

2 hours wait last Saturday. Pizza warm at best and the 13 wedges were white I. E. Not cooked and the price was extortionate. I never go public but as our complaint hasn't been resolved 6 days later, I have not choice but to say this was the worst service and food I have had in years. Disappointed and angry that no one has even tried to speak to us to put it right. And what's more we had friends over!

I'm only giving them one star because the food actually arrived! The pizzas were the wrong base, the amount of toppings were pitiful, even the cheese must have been in short supply! The chicken poppers must of come out of an arctic deep thaw as the texture was like bitting through an apple with bread crumbs on it 🤢 the barbecue chicken wings tasted and looked like they had been boiled! No crisp on the skin or flavour, disgusting, and all that for a mere £35. They should be ashamed. Better ingredients, better pizza! Better go somewhere else

Used papa johns quite a lot. Has been very much hit and miss over last 2 years, but tonight was particularly poor and I felt compelled to review. Online ordered for 730 delivery. It arrived at 8pm after I called to chase. Both pizzas cold and clearly had been sat in the delivery car for s long time. Poorly topped and lost its flavour. If I wasn't so hungry I'd have stopped eating after 1 slice and claimed against the PJ quality guarantee, but wasn't prepared to wait another hour for food after a long day. Come on guys you can do better than this surely?
