Paprika Indian Takeaway in Lichfield

Delivery took way too long and the food was horrible. Disgusting taste nothing like what it was supposed to be. Pakistani restaurants are way better. It wasn't worth the wait or the money.

Was highly recommended this place but was sadly disappointed. I ordered paneer tikka starter, paneer chilli starter and tandoori chicken starter.Paneer tikka was battered which was odd and not what I was expecting (my fault for not reading the description) but found it bland with too much batter to paneer ratio.Paneer chilli was a tub of cooked onions with 7 bland pieces of finely chopped paneer.Tandoori chicken starter was tough and on the bone which I didn't expect (was not written in the description that it would be on a bone).Will not order from here again

I order two dishes on every cost. Tom Cuise would order four! Best take out curry in town.

We order from here regularly but tonight was absolutely diabolical not just the food but the customer service was appalling. The food arrived before the eta however it was stone cold full of water and there was about 10 chips in the bag. When phoning the restaurant expecting them to sort this as any decent person would he point blank refused. So for the sake of one order he has lost customers for life. My children are hungry and even they turned their noses up because of how bland watery and cold it was. After being a loyal customer to these people for nearly 3 years i am appalled that they didn't sort this especially since it was our first and last problem with them. Also there were about 4 pieces of meat in each curry. Again he didn't care.

First time we have used this place as our usual takeaway was closed. Food arrived on time and was piping hot.I wasn’t sure what to expect as some of the reviews wasn’t great, butI think we may have just found our new takeaway as the food was excellent. I eat Indian/Bangladeshi/Pakistani food often ( usually in Birmingham) and this was up there with some of the best i’ve had.

Take away for our anniversary.....loved it! Madras nice consistency and taste and hot which i enjoy. Butter Chicken and keema rice were lovely too, plus delivered earlier than expected! Cant wait for our next one.

Ordered a take away. Arrived on time. Chicken Tikka BadamI and Chicken Malaya. Both me and my husband really enjoyed the food. Will definitely use again. Cannot fault at all.absolutely beautiful

Ordered online at 7:15pm on a Friday, email said delivery would be 50 minutes which I presumed was an overestimate to give them time to deliver early, but it turned out to be more like 80 minutes. I phoned after an hour to enquire but no response. So it was late and I couldn't contact them. Not good.I ordered an item I had never tried before and I will never order it again because it was not good. I won't write this place off completely because I've liked their traditional staple dishes in the past and the price is reasonable, but tonight was very poor indeed.

First time there and it was a Brilliant curry, we will definitely be returning soon! I had masala, other half had madras and both curries were fantastic! - delivery was no later than the time stated thanks again!

This place is my daughters favourite. However, we had quite a different experience. Although the food arrived in good time and was hot it was vile. We ordered a lamb tikka balti. The lamb was tough and chewy, in fact it was that disgusting we questioned whether it was indeed our meat of choice. We have since learned that a relative ordered lamb too and was equally disappointed. Explanation paprika
