Okay love the pizza it was a1 good price only downside was the chips but I will come back for the pizza 🍕 any day

Awful, I asked for thick base and stuffed crust. Instead I got a thin pizza with the wrong toppings. Also cold. I'm definitely not going there again and I advise anyone else thinking of going there to do the same. I've always given them the benefit of the doubt on delivery because of how busy they can get. No excuse today. I pre ordered to collect. Wish I had gone to my usual.

Food 20 minuets late with the wrong drink.. I phoned up and was told who cares! Driver apparently said I swore at him that never happened, food was average I’d go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle… terrible service, terrible attitude and Blaming the driver when it’s clearly the restaurants error and they don’t care very poor

Placed my delivery at about 7pm, which i scheduled for 9pm. My pizza came at about 10pm cold, chips saggy. Also lack of communication skills phoned the shop about 30 times no answer what so ever.

Ordered food around 6:30pm via Uber Eats, food arrived at 21:05, wrong order and cold pizza. Managed to get through on the phone at 20:00 and I was informed it would be 20 minutes and then again at 20:30 they said it would be 20 minutes. If 0 star was possible you’d get that however your delivery driver was nice. He explained you had a driver call in sick and apologised. Why carry on taking orders for delivery from the outskirts of Lichfield if you can’t facilitate them? The food was mediocre, customer service poor and communication none existent.

It was absolutely amazing. I had a great pizza and it was really cheap compared to other pizza shop. Love this place i recommend to you guys

I wonder how much revenue you've lost through not accepting card payments. With the nearest cash point a 7 minute round trip if you're quick and Domino's next door, it's simply bad business. With 5/6 payments being card/contactless, you've really got to sort this out.

It’s very rare that I retry a place after a negative experience but I had heard there had been a change of ownership and decided to give it a go. We had two really tasty pizzas, some jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. We were both genuinely surprised at the 100% improvement and speedy delivery. Hopefully they continue to improve and maintain everything!!

It was our first time ordering from here tonight we waited over one hour for delivery which wasn’t a problem as we assumed they’d be busy anyway but I can assure you it wasn’t worth the wait my chicken burger was like rubber the fries were full of grease my partners kebab was dry and tasted like dirty grease leaving a foul taste in our mouth I feel physically sick I had one bite of my burger and binned it. I wish I’d have listened to the reviews because I wasted nearly £16 on rubbish. The people who have left good reviews either don’t know what good food is are being paid to write them but I can assure you this place is diabolical never again will we be ordering from here. We should have known the food would be as lousy as their customer service judging by the way they’ve spoken to other on their reviews. This place needs shutting down.
