The Fradley Fryer in Lichfield

Stopped in earlier today with my old man, only had a bag of chips to share so can't speak much about the food, although the chips were very nice! The thing that stood out most to us was the friendliness of the staff, the chap was extremely helpful with guiding us to somewhere nice nearby we could sit and eat our chips, even got his phone out to show us on Google maps. Would definitely stop by again to try more from the menu, if in the area.

Just had small fish chips and curry sauce. The chips were yummy and my hubby said the staff were lovely. But the fish and batter was not nice at all tasted really, really fishy. So strong i decided not to eat it, just incase .The curry sauce was really thick and gloopy. My first time and I will not be returning. Shame because it has a good rep.

I was working here putting in a new walk in freezer a few weeks ago and Mick feed and watered me very well. The food was that good I’ve just called in on my way home to get Fish & Chips with mushy peas with a helping of sweet chilli sauce. My eyes were bigger than my stomach, I couldn’t eat it all.. Food and service as good as ever 5 stars..

Mike & the team are fantastic. Great food, great service with a smile and so much community spirit as well. My kids can't get enough of the gravy here but the fish & chips are top notch too!

Best chippy by far! The team are welcoming and can order our food online to collect which is great. There is plenty of choice and all cooked to a high standard, having fussy members of family nothing seems to much trouble to tailor meals. Thank you again fradley fryer team, we will see you soon.

Wow, tried the calamari here tonight and it was superb, up there with the best I’ve had.A takeaway that never disappoints; the scampi is great, chips done just right and the curry sauce is excellent. A proper treat.
