The Railway Inn in Lichfield

Great pub, Good selection of real ales. Staff were friendly. Will definitely pop in again when in the area.

two of my friends steak meals were disappointing the steaks were too tough to eat, two others specifically asked for plain lettuce in their salad not rocket we were not asked how our meals were after we had been served them. the temperature dropped in the room

We found the service, food and price to be excellent. We have visited the Railway on two more occasion in December and again excellent food, service and price. We would highly recommend this pub to my friends.

Unfortunately no vegetarian food worth having for Sunday lunch and pink lipstick on my glass of lager,clearly hygiene could be improved.

Lovely pub - lots of atmosphere & very nice decor. Great food menu and very pleasing on the palate.Look forward to the next time. Oh very friendly hosts too.

The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend!!

Went for Sunday lunch for my husbands birthday as we had been recommended. Roast beef dinner was excellent and nicely presented. Amazing roast potatoes. Dessert was ok but not worth the money. Not presented as well as dinner but was ok. Unfortunately as we were leaving the premises and actually going through the door we were asked by the manager we presume if we had settled our bill! Not good customer service. The bill had been settled and a tip for the young girl! Shame as we were going to visit again but it has put us off

Impromptu troghing at the Railway Inn at Shenstone. Excellent value for money and great real ale. Staff very welcoming especially Sarah. Food was gorgeous and well presented.
