Fantastic venue, well organised grand national race day. Staff very friendly and efficient! Will defiantly book for other events. Lovely atmosphere and settings.

I had a lovely 3 course lunch today with my friend from the set menu, each course was very enjoyable and so well presented, the restaurant was full, testimony to how very popular this venue is.The staff were great and managed a busy service with ease.I'm looking forward to returning soon and highly recommend a visit to the schoolhouse brasserie.

Would highly recommend the school house for a meal I booked a surprise 40th for my wife to cater for 35 people they offered the master suite our own private room which was great for the children so they couldn't wonder off.The food was excellent not one problem all came out at the same time,fast service on drinks and all I asked for was no trouble at all.The staff was 10/10 for serviceThank you!!!!!

Beautiful setting for the wedding, very scenic. Serving staff very attentive. Christopher was great and is excellent at his job. Made every one feel welcome and orchestrated things well.

Great ABBA night and food! We had that many courses I felt like a judge on MasterChef!

My food was disappointing, I ordered from the festive menu. Pate was inedible & I expected proper toast not something cheap out of a packet. Duck was overcooked, and sauce too sweet, a pot on the side would have been better. My Creme Brulee was cold too. We had a small private room as it was my 50th birthday and the service was good. Shame the food let it down. It's not the first time my food has been disappointing and not sure I would come here again which is a shame as the ambience is great.

Want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone involved yesterday in providing refreshments following my brother's funeral in the village. All the staff were friendly, very attentive to our needs and yet not intrusive. Food was delicious and presented first class.Mary Nicholls

Absolutely amazing ! £39.50 pp for 3 course meal and a show ...marquee simply stunning , service brilliant I had crayfish starter beautiful, cauliflower feta and spinach pie with spiced lentils and portobello tomatoes with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, Charlotte lemon cheese cake for dessert and coffee or tea to finish , food service from7pm dancing till midnight fantastic atmosphere stunning scenery 100%recommend

Fantastic food, wonderful customer service and really helpful and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Made the celebration special. Been here many times and never been disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. Catered for 30 of us and I know there was a wedding of 50 going on at the same time. Plus plenty of other diners. Food was delightful. Tasty and came out of the kitchen promptly and hot! Cannot fault the staff who were very accommodating to all our needs.
