The School House in Lichfield

Had a quality meal out for my mother's birthday. The fishcakes were amazing, along with the beef being quality. Service top class too.

We arrived a little early to have a wander around the grounds of this place. The setting is very impressive with a wisteria covered wooden bridge over a clear running stream that leads to a pagola.The staff are attentive and as it was a lovely evening seated us on the patio with a bottle of wine each whilst we perused our menu.We were bought inside to our table when the meal was prepared .The food was top rate and didn't disappoint at all. Again the staff were attentive without hovering.A first class visit. We will undoubtedly return.

Fantastic restaurant beautiful environment. We celebrated our moms 80th birthday in a private room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped make the day very special. Food wS amazing.

My son got married here on june 5th 2022. The place is amazing. Ideal venue for a wedding. Everything was just perfect. Well planned. Staff are so helpful nothing is too much for them. And the food is just so fantastic credit to the chef. Would recommend the school house for a wedding. Thank you everone

the fish was good but sadly the steak was not as it should have been as it lacked tast and was rather tough. we mentioned to the waitress who couldn't care less.look you really need to raise your game at These prices the quality of food and service should have been better.i trust you will pull your fingers out and bo better in the future

Fantastic venue, well organised grand national race day. Staff very friendly and efficient! Will defiantly book for other events. Lovely atmosphere and settings.

I had a lovely 3 course lunch today with my friend from the set menu, each course was very enjoyable and so well presented, the restaurant was full, testimony to how very popular this venue is.The staff were great and managed a busy service with ease.I'm looking forward to returning soon and highly recommend a visit to the schoolhouse brasserie.

Beautiful setting for the wedding, very scenic. Serving staff very attentive. Christopher was great and is excellent at his job. Made every one feel welcome and orchestrated things well.

Would highly recommend the school house for a meal I booked a surprise 40th for my wife to cater for 35 people they offered the master suite our own private room which was great for the children so they couldn't wonder off.The food was excellent not one problem all came out at the same time,fast service on drinks and all I asked for was no trouble at all.The staff was 10/10 for serviceThank you!!!!!
