Visited for my partners birthday. Travelled over an hour up the M6 purely based on a recommendation and upon reviewing the venue online the biggest draw was the contemporary decor, menu and food reviews. We glad we made rhe journey as this venue is my new favourite!Food turned out to be sensational and certainly surpassed expectation, service exceptional and setting was really really beautiful. Lovely atmosphere, immaculately done with some lovely application to the interior design. As silly as it sounds the toilets were immaculate so anyone with a little OCD will be welcomed to clean facilities that smell like a spa.... keep up the hard work.Other nice touches included the website where you can do a virtual tour of the whole venue, that's a nice touch prior to booking you can see seating areas before hand. Would recommend without hesitation and I WILL be back!

Had homemade steak and Stilton pie with chips today, can honearly say it's the best pie I've ever had, and this is the only pub I know that serves no alcohol lager on draft, had to be 5 stars because 10 is not an option.

Lovely pub in country location. Food was delicious. Go hungry. That's a steak and ale pie in the picture and it was massive. Enjoyed my time here and will return in the future.

Stopped by for Saturday lunch, just as they were opening. Very friendly welcome, lots of options for food, partner has the steak and ale pie and it was huge! Daughter and I had baguettes, we all had "proper" home made chips, which were amazing. The best we've had locally. It was filling up nicely as we left so probably best to book ahead, although they did squeeze us in so worth a try anyway . We would definitely recommend.

We came today for Mother’s Day Sunday lunch, we unfortunately had a few issues but what we can say is the staff did all they could to rectify the problems. The manager also was very attentive and such a lovely lady. We had a fabulous meal in the end and couldn’t recommend this place enough. We certainly haven’t been put off by our experience and will gladly be back to try other dishes on the menu! Thank you to all the staff for your assistance today top job!!!!!

Perfect pie & chips. You could tell they were homemade. They were so tasty. Great hearty meal. We walked over from Handsacre so we were ready for a good dinner. We certainly got that. They were busy so we did have to wait a long time to pay.
