Toby Carvery Shenstone in Lichfield

The most consistent carvery I have ever been too, the only downside is they don't do the dumplings anymore... Please bring them back! Seriously though family-friendly honest food is what keeps us coming back.

We had a wonderful meal here this week, all staff were lovely but a special mention to Ellie who goes above and beyond but is also so genuinely friendly and happy to see you.Food was great quality too. Thanks.

There were 12 of us and when we asked the manager about the prices when we booked it as it was a bank holiday he said it was the same price, so we all go there to find out of one of the staff that we couldn't have the carvery and desert for 9.99 as it was classed as Bank Holiday. Very Dissapointed and will be reluctant to come there again.

My partner and myself have visited lots of Toby establishments, mainly around the northwest.Often the food is not hot in everyone we’ve been in, also the vegetarian options are dreary and uninspired.Toby carvery in Shenstone, is consistently none of these things. The food has always been hot when we’ve visited, and the vegetarian options are varied and good quality.Absolutely wonderful, compliments to the chef’s and manager.

Food was plentiful and hot. Great value. Was very busy, but the queue moved fast and the staff were polite and friendly. Not the pubs fault, but I wish folk would make more of an effort and dress smart casualy. And no hats/caps!

My father and I enjoy coming here for drinks and find the staff to be extremely welcoming, friendly and polite. It means a lot to us and makes my time with dad even more special and enjoyable. Thank you for the great service.

Absolutely banging eat all you can breakfast, I love my food and this was spot on, had three good plate fulls and needed to go and make room for more. Ablutions nice and clean (before).Only problem (I work 0500 - 1300), I nodded off in the van for a couple of hours afterwards and was late clocking off.Bonus, an hour overtime.Will go again if allowed.👍

Very disappointing experience. Poor and slow service, limited meats available, items missing from desserts and 2 cold jugs of custard served before finally getting a warm jug of custard. We use Toby Inns quite regularly and they are usually good so we are hoping this was just a 'bad day at the office'!
