Ask Italian in Malvern Hills

Even though the restaurant was half empty we were told it was fully booked so they seated us outside were we have been mainly ignored.The food was alright but the service was very slow.the starter arrived quickly but then we waited for 20min for the main and another 30min for the dessert to arrive.Utterly disappointed in service, avoid!

Can’t fault it, affordable, very attentive and friendly staff, and timely food which was tasty. Drinks were also good☺️

Fabulous place. They really looked after my elderly parents . They were so patient and freindly it made their year. Thank you so much. Oh food was wonderful a well.

Very poor last night. Used voucher given to us as wedding present. My buratta was very watery, pizza was luke warm, cold by the time I was half way through. Hubby's sea bass was very small and the whole dish was like a child's portion. I asked for a diet coke twice, never received it. Very disappointing considering the prices

Always top class food and, considering Covid, wonderful service. The staff work so hard, both on the floor and behind the kitchen area. Ask is great! The only thing, as with many Italian restaurants, it is a little overpriced! However, it has a great feel good factor. Give it a go😄👍

Excellent meal withe excellent staff. Well laid out restraunt for our large group with children. Toilets were clean and are easily accessed for all abilities.

Fabulous meal at Ask Italian, Malvern. Lovely atmosphere, food was excellent and most attentive service. Birthday meal , free glass of prosecco for burthday boy. A really lovely afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Italian pizzas and pastas. Great and friendly service, breath taking view from the second floor.

We arrived last Saturday at 7ish, having checked online that there were, predictability, no free tables. The staff member I later learned was Luke, stationed near the door, politely confirmed this was the case but if we were happy to sit outside then we could. It was a pleasant evening so we did. He was asking everyone if they had an allergy or food intolerance before taking them to their table. As someone with an allergy this was nice to see, so often one has to tell the venue. Luke was obviously good with customers and throughout our visit he gave us excellent service.Lizzie was the main staff member serving us at our table and she too was great. Especially compared to our experience earlier in the day we could not have received a better customer service. We opted to share a starter and then a calzone with some chips. To finish, my partner had tiramisu and I had the honeycomb cheesecake. See pictures for more information. All food was served in good time, was well presented and tasted very nice. Would definitely recommend if nearby.
