Why are they serving paper cups and paper bags as plated. Staff on the day not helpful.

Very busy But managed to get a seat Reasonably priced for a coffee

First and last visit to this chain. Wasn't overly busy yet the lady serving me yesterday was so incompetent. Part way through taking my order when she asked me to repeat myself she started talking to someone else then had me repeat myself for a third time. She then forgot parts of my order and was just overall rude. The gentleman working was lovely, he served my friends that were with us and was nothing but polite. The girl seems to not care about her job and is just there to collect a wage at the end of the day. I won't be going back. I'll stick to costa next time.

Well positioned and therefore very convenient. You know what you're getting with a chain like Caffè Nero, it won't be a memorably unique experience but it won't be mud in a cup

You can take your dog! Dogs FTW. Staff really friendly everything looked a little sticky especially the table tops and seats. Nora, our dog, thought she had the cleanest seat on the floor.

I love cafe Nero but this one time coffee wasn't good... had bad taste and I'm in love in coffee... but I hope will be better
