Dewdrop Inn in Malvern Hills

I always looked forward to visiting the Dew Drop Inn most Friday's and checking out Sunday am. This was seven years ago when Azlo & Stuart was in charge of running the restaurant they always made us feel welcome and always ran the extra mile knowing how far we travelled. There was good food and always a good atmosphereI arrived on Saturday 14th May and I was disappointed with my main course I had lamb cutlets which looked like they came from the supermarket? Tasted bland.Walking into the new Dewdrop there doesn't appear to be any leadership? With everyone dressed the same whereas before I knew who was in charge?There's no warmth in the place?To see the sign saying last orders at 10.00pm is off putting especially when you arriveThe restaurant itself is a really nice place.Unfortunately it has lost its sparkle.After the meal we settled the bill and left. No thank you from anyone as we were leaving?No customer service

On the occasion we went the food was excellent the staff very courteous, a friend visiting from Italy stayed there and the room was fantastic.....a great place

I cannot recommend the staff, venue, rooms or food enough! If you are visiting Worcester take a break and visit the Dew Drop you will not be disappointed!

Booked here to stay one night 2 adults 2 dogs really lovely place food was nice staff nice lots of dogs in the beear garden with owners some barking not a problem mine had a bark then went back to sleep as we was walking to the room a member of staff told us we had been put in the wrong room it was not a dog room and that the dogs must be quiet so people can sleep now we have been sat in the beer garden for 4 hours nobody said a thing this made me feel terribly completely ruined are stay would not recomed unfortunately

Booked a room for one of our surveyors to stay in, We had nothing but good feedback from our surveyor, She said its one of the nicest hotels she's stayed in, The room was faultless, Bed was comfortable and all the condiments provided where an added bonus.A special shoutout to the chef who made our surveyor a sandwich for her day today as he knew she had a very busy day travelling today.Food was also especially nice.All staff where helpful and polite. Will defiantly book in again when we need a hotel in the area.Amazing value for money!

Lovely lil small pub just outside Worcester city centre. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was delicious and good price. Small beer garden outside for the lil one to run around. Highly recommended!

Just a short stay whilst attending a family wedding. Staff very welcoming, breakfast excellent, room lovely (Shower excellent!) and good tea and coffee facilities in the room. Will stay again!

Arrived early after a monster trip from New Zealand! The room was quickly made available and it was comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming and amazing 👏 the breakfast was tasty and plentiful couldn't ask for anything more.Would happily recommend the Dewdrop Inn. Would definitely stay again. 👌

We stayed 5 nights on a short break and were delighted with the accommodation. The room was spacious and very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The decor throughout was outstanding. Staff very helpful and friendly.Food very special and generous portions and the beer selection was good.Ideal location for places of interest set in beautiful countryside and has a large garden area.

Sunday lunch at The Dewdrop was great today. It was our first visit and we were suitably impressed. We were warmly welcomed and our mistake in booking numbers was quickly sorted out. The menu was interesting, more than just the standard Sunday lunch. Allergies and personal preferences were catered for efficiently. Best of all the food was delicious! We'll be back.
