Fox Inn Restaurant in Malvern Hills

The staff here are so nice and the food and wine were excellent. The restaurant had a good atmosphere and Ben, Nathan and Ola were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was taken there last night as a birthday meal it was the biggest disappointment I can remember the service was slow ten minutes plus for drinks the menu had I read it before it was booked I would not have come I struggled to find anything that looked remotely appetizing on the menu the starter of Korean chicken was nice enough but not wanting a full stake and unable to find anything else I ordered a mixed grill what came was fifteen chips and some bits a thin gammon stake a disgusting sausage took one bite and nearly spat it out a small piece of chicken breast cooked till it was dried out as was the black pudding and the stake was ordered medium and it came rare could not eat it and to top it off the fried egg was still raw ie uncooked white as to the sweet very poor selection nothing just done right so I opted for ice-cream got two small scups of cheap poor quality ice-cream ice crystals in it over all probably the worst meal out I have ever had

A lovely pub, with a nice homely feel, a great ambiance. Although we hadn’t booked & they were obviously very busy there was no trouble with finding us a table. We we’re served promptly with drinks & given plenty of time to decide on food. Nathan was polite friendly & informative. The only downside was the amount of meat apportioned (2 slices) for the price we paid I think 3-4 slices would’ve been adequate but overall a lovely experience, made all the more better by the great staff.

Big car park to the rear of the pub and got a table fairly easily on a Sunday afternoon, only serving roasts for mains but this was fine and food was delicious.Bit weird that the bill was brought over whilst still eating and we hadn't asked but beats waiting around I suppose.Finished our meals, paid the bill and then sat to finish our drinks

Had the fish special and it was fabulous but we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Waiter with South African accent was very friendly and efficient. All the staff were friendly and we had a lovely evening.

Very disappointed booked a tableHad to ask to order drinks as left waiting and to order food! Starters came but my sons dinner didn’t which I ordered with the starters, staff had to find it! Then I had to ask to have plates cleared and out main course, waited an hour then asked again and was going to be another 15 mins so cancelled, shocking and ridiculous wasn’t packed, loads of staff wandering around not doing much and no idea about the trade!Oh and frozen roast potatoes but can make homemade Yorkshire puddings! For the price all unacceptable won’t be returning!Such a shame

Christmas Eve dinner with family, food and service were excellent. Lovely menu, plenty of choice to suit everyone. Staff were friendly and attentive. Recommend booking on line first as it does get busy. We were a large group, lovely long table, plenty of room. Will definitely return.

I held my 30th birthday party here and it was great! Zoe the coordinator was great, friendly and approachable. We had our own bar area, toilets and smoking area which was fantastic for guests. We came early in the day to set up and returned the next day to collect items that had been taken down and cleared up for us. Honestly great service and lots of guests mentioned how lovely the venue was.We will definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Clean. Organised. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Good menu choice. Our party had two chicken tikka, a hake and a sea bass plus desserts. All very nice and not too long a wait. Reasonably priced, not the cheapest, but I think it was value for the nice evening we had.

I enjoyed this place very much. The decor was sufficient, staff were welcoming. Food was good but a little expensive in my opinion. All in all I enjoyed my visit.
