We stayed there last night, we were celebrating our daughter in laws 40th birthday, we were a party of 6 adults and our grandson who's 6, nothing was too touching trouble, they paid special attention to the birthday girl and our grandson. There was also a 70th birthday party celebrating the staff moved between the tables being very happy to get you anything you required, have stayed there once before, Barbara and Chris are so very attentive they take time to come around and talk to there guests later in the evening, Beautiful hotel .will definitely be returning later in the year,

We have eaten here a number of times and have always been delighted. We were a party of six and each individual had nothing but praise for the quality of the food and the quality of the service. The front of house team members were friendly, attentive and efficient. At present non residents may not sit in the lounge, however, the table seating is so comfortable that this is not a hardship. The menu is so inviting that I wish I could have eaten every dish. I look forward to the next visit

Nice bedroom. Using the electric shower reminded us why we took ours out! We had hoped to eat in the restaurant in the evening and the website said it was open 7 days a week. However it isn't. Good breakfast. Spotlessly clean.

The Cotford Hotel is always superb and has by far the best restaurant in Malvern. My wife and I stayed there for a Wedding. The staff were friendly and extremely well trained overseen by outstanding management. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent food and service. We ate in the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary as we heard good reviews but had never visited before. I have to say the meal we both had was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! We will be returning!

Ate Sunday lunch here yesterday. Very, very impressed. Apple Parsnip and Chestnut soup was incredible as was the chocolate and cherry mousse. Big tastes and flavours, small and intimate surroundings. Felt looked after and like going again soon.

Exceptional food, the best I've had in a very long time (it's easy to see how they've won many awards!). Picturesque location and a stunning property. To top it off, the owners Barbara & Chris are very friendly and welcoming, make you feel right at home! It's refreshing to see owners who take pride in the hotel they run, opposed to chain hotels where as a guest you just feel like a number.

We have eaten at The Cotford Hotel on a number of previous occasions. The food is always at the top of the League. The customer attention and service is second to none. Christmas day food presents it's own challenges and to some, eating out is a way of beating those challenges. We have in recent years adopted this approach - and this is the first year it has been an experience we haven't been able to feel left wanting.

Just returned from a one night magical stay at this beautiful hotel. The owner and staff are extremely freindly and helpful. The food is outstanding and it is comfortable and relaxed luxury with no pretentiousness.

As a connoisseur of afternoon teas in the malvern area, most of which are very good, the Cotford stands out as the best. A very warm welcome by pleasant staff was another bonus. It was also very tastefully decorated for Christmas. I haven't had an evening meal there for a very long time, though I recall it was also an enjoyable experience. I hope to try it again soon. The only downside is the tricky parking. Nervous types might prefer to park on the road outside.
