Surely the best railway cafe in Britain?

Lovely tea room right on the Station platform. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

A real Railway Station cafe with fabulous cakes and great service. Great Malvern station was a film location for the BBC Survivors series in 1975. It was lovely to visit and find it pretty much unaltered

Yes it is very quaint...... But the loos to the station close at 2...... The cafe has no loo. The soup burnt my mouth and was cold. Tasted good but microwaved for sure...... Coffee expensive and there is nowhere to plug in a phone. Soooooo not a great experience for a long journey but a cute place non the less

I was not expecting to find a real tea room out of office hours at Great Malvern, travelling for work and not familiar with the area. Nice to get a good coffee, to set me up for the rail journey back to Northumberland. Just closing as I boarded the 18.10 to Brum.

A delightful cafe at Great Malvern's pretty train station, like going back in time. Delicious coffee, very friendly lady serving and lots of choices of cakes, biscuits etc. I love this place and its a lovely start to you rtrain journey.

It's such a quaint cafe, once the singular waiting room for Lady Foley, so she didn't have to rub shoulders with the local riff-raff, now tea, coffee, a small variety of alcoholic beverages, plus some buns and cakes and the like are served to the riff-raff her Ladyship did her best to avoid. Karma bitesAll well and good, yes? No.The tea might be okay - I don't know I've not tried it, instead I had the misfortune of purchasing the weakest and the worst and, pint by pint, the most expensive coffee in the country.As a takeaway it's served in a small, thin, wobbly plastic cup for, i believe, £2.75, or was it £2.50? Whatever, it was it was waaay over priced for its size and the heaped teaspoon, a generous estimate, of the filter coffee used.Several places in town serve takeaway coffee. Avoid this charming place if you enjoy quality
