Marks & Spencers in Malvern Hills

5/6 visits at lunch time never have plain Jane yumnuts. No packs of 3 at all anymore, perhaps they need to revise the amount they get out in the morning as to run out before 12.30 regularly is obviously missing some $$$...

Good sized store, well stocked. Food store was great...Lovely and friendly staff.

Dissapointed with the staff. Was in the store for no longer than 5 minutes having a look around before being followed by staff. When leaving my friends we’re shouted at, being told to leave. Having a browse for Christmas presents, nothing more.

Visited 6th November at 11.30. 70% of empty tables were full of dirty crockery. Only one person on service counter. Long queues. Certain foods and drinks were not available. In toilets only one soap dispenser had soap in it. All very disappointing. Some staff were lethargic and lucky we gave it two stars

The cafe is rubbish, cold hard bacon, cold yucky egg, another today was hard too. The cheese and mushroom toastie was cold. And my granddaughter had the kids cheese sandwich and it was on the turn. Told staff our problem and they wasnt bothered. Such a let down

Great produce but horrendous patrons and customer service. Staff stood around while customers struggle. Customers that look down their noses at one another is a consistent experience of shipping here.

Good quality clothing and food, as always. Not such a full range as some branches, being a relatively small store.I've just edited my review and removed a star due to their poor covid-security. I've visited several times over the past year, and at no point felt safe.

My visits are becoming rarer, which is a pity, because they are trying hard. Apart from not having the millions of choices the internet offers and being increasingly out of my price range, they aren't doing much wrong, for me.Excellent parking, nice changing rooms, clean toilets, nice cafe, attentive staff.

Service good ,staff really friendly and helpful. Food hall good but, as is becoming a regular feature of M&S...range of clothing stock limited and old fashioned. Sizing of summer trousers seems a bit off...baggy fit around bottom. Sweaters poorer quality than one would expect. Not impressed.

Great shop can get everything you need . food, clothing, house old. And great Xmas gifts and gifts all year round. And very good for short sizes in jeans or trouser for short peoples and great for tall people. Can't get trousers size any were else. So m&s are life saver. Must see
