McDonald's in Malvern Hills

I swore I'd never go here again, got bullied into it by kids & husband. Excruciatingly long wait for a small order (Happy Meals x 2, 1 x meal deal & some mozzarella sticks). Kids on the counter put it as eat in, not takeaway so all thrown (literally) all over the tray instead of in a bag. No fruit shoots in stock, then proceeded to just tip the fries off the tray in to the bag when I said it was takeaway. A girl did offer to redo the fries, but I declined as I just wanted to get out by that point. Actually don't blame the poor kids serving & I regret being grumpy with them as they are just kids, but the franchise owner should be ashamed for allowing the business to be run like that.

I stood at the counter for 15 minutes with 4 serving staff all ignoring me.I finally have to ask then if I am invisible for one of them to take my order. All I wanted was a frozen strawberry lemonade on the hottest day of the summer,only to be told that the machine wasn't even turned on. Useless people.

Great place to eat. Very crowded when busy though. Probably needs to be made a little bigger. Slow service most of the time. Staff are friendly and cheerful though.

Hardly any fries and very greasy and soggy burger was missing cheese and pickles asked for sprite and got coke glade I didn’t order a dessert as I probably would of been given a carrot bag Malvern branch has gone down hill.

Haven't used McD's for a while - what a disappointment. Huge queue and a long wait (25mins ) for a simple order. McD's seem to have over-stretched itself. Four guys waiting for big Deliveroo / Just Eat orders, drive thru queued around the block and people ordering on app for delivery to the car - it is just all too much and service has suffered dramatically. Also what happened to paper napkins and tomato ketchup, neither available at this site. Very poor, won't be going back

I had a drive through today, there was a backup, 3 meals cold, fries soggy, only the extra nuggets were hot. No sauces including dip for the nuggets, I asked for both.I wish we had gone to Ross for a KFC, £20 wasted,most went in the bin.The dog was very happy though.

Took 20 minutes from queuing to receiving my food at the "drive-thru", despite ordering via the app. No click & serve bays were available as some very important customers use them for parking. Food was lukewarm at best & my fries tasted stale and despite being "large" they were half full. I've noticed they're giving priority to Uber Eats orders and ignoring customers who are literally in front of them. Consistently forget something from my order, most often dips. I'm definitely not returning.

I dont go to McDonalds usually, but as id had no breakfast i thought id try their bacon and cheese flatbread. Well i was really dissapointed. It wasnt very hot and tasted like it had been waiting there over an hour. It didnt taste nice. I didnt go back cos i went through the drive thru. I wont have one again thats for sure. Coffee was nice tho.

Drive through is well managed, there is rarely a queue, has easy access and exit, and is kept very clean. Inside the restaurant is also well maintained - very clean and well maintained.Sometimes, the orders can get mixed up. Items are forgotten, or alterations to burgers are not made. This doesn't doesn't every Tim and they are excellent about fixing the problem if you go back - but if you live far away, you might want to stop and double-check the order before leaving. There is plenty of parking so that is easy.Overall, great service, great management, and friendly people.And the food is what you'd expect. It's McDonald's, the food is the same everywhere.
