Mcdonald's Restaurants in Malvern Hills

I asked for normal coke they gave me diet, then I waited 20 mins for my order to be brought out. I then drove home to find there was no bacon in my big tasty. Rubbish!

Very poor staff looked like the didn't know what they were doing so called fast food from ordering at the drive through to collecting my order took 20 mins been to many McDonald's but this one is by far the worst and definitely the slowest 😒

Service mediocre staff more interested in filling big collection orders than mine. Food was ready for 5 mins before somone actually let me have it ! Then it was just droped in front of me as though i was nothing! Not a happy customer luke warm coffee cold roll !.Why didnt i complain?I think i would be wasting my breath.Best think i can do ... not use again 😞

Cold half empty fries, cold burger, ordered a festive coffee but only got a regular flat white, drive through was slow, probably would have been quicker to cook and no ice cream available. Only McDonald's or fast food chain in the area so they have no real competition and they know with this poor quality food and service. Been here a few times and they've only gotten worse each time.

Took 20 minutes from queuing to receiving my food at the "drive-thru", despite ordering via the app. No click & serve bays were available as some very important customers use them for parking. My "festive" coffee had the taste & appearance of a normal white coffee despite paying double the price. Food was lukewarm at best & my fries tasted stale and despite being "large" they were half full. I've noticed they're giving priority to Uber Eats orders and ignoring customers who are literally in front of them. I'm definitely not returning.

Only pop in when I'm desperate. Today the service was the same as it always is very VERY POOR, busy so thought I might get a decent meal. Ordered a large double big mac meal and was given a normal big mac and a half filled container of fries, see pic - I don't know why these lot can't do their jobs properly it's not hard, lucky you're "entitled" to minimum wage really.

Too slow too often. I feel like this restaurant is being used heavily to prop up Uber eats within the area and as a result there's a minimum 20min wait for your order each time. Only saving grace is that at least it's hot when it does finally arrive.

Whatever happened to the time when you could go into a McDonald's order a burger and be out in a few minutes?2 cheese burgers was all I wanted and it took over 15 minutes for them to arrive do you just not have anything prepared anymore?Is this your way of moving away from being a fast food outlet by making people wait now?
