Visited this lovely country pub today after a long walk along the Malvern Hills. Rachel the owner was friendly and welcoming. Had some lovely beer outside in the garden followed by excellent home cooked food inside. We chose fish and chips with mushy peas and lasagne and chips with garlic bread. The lasagne was the best I’ve ever had and the portions were generous. We highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. Check opening times/days.

Fantastic hotel to stay perhaps longer than a night. Room was incredible with so much space. Food was absolutely delicious. All staff go out of their way to help and are really friendly. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming, and more than friendly towards motorcyclists. I was particularly impressed with the large range of non-alcoholic drinks, including a number of 0.0% beers that I hadn't seen before. I chose the Doombar Zero.

Popped into this country pub, very nice and friendly atmosphere. Food was great and lots of it.

Not dog friendly! Dissapointing.Do not allow dogs inside during food service, which I imagine is 90% of the day with it being a pub! No covered outdoor seating area. There were two other 'groups' of customers, a couple and a group of 4 from what we could tell, so not busy at all, and we have been in smaller pubs, but they would not allow us in with the dogs.

Dropped in for a lunchtime snack and a pint. Huge cheese and onion roll, with a side of chips, my better half went for the chicken burger, which she said was all chicken breast. Not expensive, very good value for money and big portions. The pub also offers a good selection of ales, ciders and beers.

A lovely ‘country pub’ with a warm atmosphere. The food was delicious and the portions were more than generous. This is a far cry from Weatherspoon’s, so if that’s what you like, don’t go here. If you want to enjoy a proper countryside pub and have a great home cooked farmhouse food, then it’s definitely worth a visit. Rachel the landlady and head chef was an excellent host, we’ll definitely be heading back there soon.
