Prezzo in Malvern Hills

Service was quite slow. Waited a while for anyone to take drinks order, though she was very friendly when she came. Food arrived quickly enough but pizza was disappointing. Base was nice but toppings were sparse, even the mozzarella. Expected it to look a bit more generous given the cost. Manager on duty was surly when we queried the price of a drink on the bill ....the waitress gave us incorrect information. Nicely decorated, comfortable seating, serves a purpose in Malvern but it's nothing special

Nice staff. Good food. Try the penne arrabiata pasta. Good blend of spiciness and tomato sauce base. Some sweetness takes away the acidity away.

Nice place but a little cold and needs some heat around the place, been once before and was cold then too!Food ok - Calamari was excellent but the pizza was very, very average - Bland pizza base and soggy mozzarella - disappointing really! Service was good - might risk going again in the summer? (Maybe)

The starters (mozzarella sticks and calamari) were overpriced considering they were cooked from frozen, not what I would expect from a high end restaurant. They tasted no better than Iceland dippers and served with tesco spicy ketchup. The pizzas were an insult and had nothing to do with Italian taste (the tomato base was straight out of a tomato puree jar and who in their right mind puts rosemary on pizza? The rest of the ingredients on the pizza such as cheese and the "pancetta" were also god awful). You need to send your "chefs" and staff on a trip to Italy. I am struggling to understand how this restaurant is still open.

Excellent value. Great tasting food. Very friendly service from the staff. Had a really enjoyable evening and would definitely recommend and return to this branch. They had some really good social distancing measures and one system in place. Seemed very clean and safe.

Polite, attentive staff and great food. We shared the Antipasti Platter starter.My wife had Penne Gorgonzola and I ordered the classic Spaghetti Bolognese,washed down with a bottle of house red.It was an amazing evening.
