Lovely dog friendly pub woofers made welcome with doggy treats on the bar and for their human companion's excellent food in a nice setting.

Excellent service. Good food. Clean and tidy. No issues. Would visit again.

The ambience was great, the service started extremely well and slowed towards the end of our experience. The staff were polite but seemed a little overwhelmed by the volume of people arriving at once. The drinks service got slower and slower until we had to remind the staff. The system worked well but broke down as the afternoon went on. We had to ask to have the table cleared at the end of our meal. Maybe we outstayed our welcome? The food on the whole was good, the overall opinion on out table was that quality would always win over quantity. The roast dinners looked gorgeous, smelled delicious but the meat was "carved" to thickly. Two of our desserts were left, barely touched, the fruit crumble had an uncooked topping which tasted mainly of flour. The sticky toffee pudding was not very sweet. The seasonal veg, we added a portion, was a dish of green, shredded cabbage...not at all appealing. We did mention to the staff that the desserts weren't acceptable and were told that they had given the feedback to the kitchen and that the recipes were being reviewed. That did not help the cause. We are from out of town, had a long trip in and came only to meet with our mother who was on a trip to Malvern from Spain. I doubt we will be back.

Very friendly service, lovely food. Booking online (even for the dog area) was quick and easy. We had decided to order a bottle of wine with the meal, but the variety we wanted was not available as stock had run low. We were offered an alternative (which happened to be the house wine) which was very acceptable - really enjoyed the visit.

Visited the Bluebell Inn on 3 occasions within four weeks & couldn't fault the food or service. Friendly staff, great choice from the menu planner & meals served within a reasonable time-frame. Meal prices were reasonable.Plenty of parking outside the front or at the back & outside seating or plenty of space inside. Clean cosy environment.Until next time when re-visiting the UK from Australia.

Absolutely stunning food. Superb quality and creativity, brilliantly prepared and presented. My chicken and chorizo kebab was a symphony of flavours. Plus a relaxing atmosphere pitched just right. I’ve never been so elated by a pub meal before. Sincere thanks to the whole team~

We were given a different table to the one allocated at our request, to assist more with social distancing. We accepted that we had to order at the bar, but then we were given table service as a mark of goodwill. We enjoyed an excellent well cooked tasty meal which was served very quickly by friendly staff. we will come again!

Great experience, had booked a table and were greeted and shown to our table. We were asked for our drinks order whilst we looked at the menu. Once our drinks had arrived we were asked if we were ready to order some food which we did and although we had a few tricky members in the group asking to slightly change/add things to certain dishes, all of our requests were granted and when the food arrived all of the requests had been met which was great. We stayed for the quiz and so we’re offered the desert menu which we did order some deserts which were great. Overall experience was fantastic. Food and service was amazing.

Christmas Dinner was absolutely amazing. I'm not just saying this because it's Christmas, I can be critical when it comes to food but in all honesty I have never eaten a nicer, tastier Christmas Dinner ever, and I dine out most year's paying a lot more money than I did today. A 3 course Christmas lunch for £58 amazing. Everything was cooked fresh and to perfection. The veg had didn't notes of herbs and the gravy was devine. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely return. The staff were amazing and although we had a 45minute wait for our food, it certainly calmed us when we tasted it. Well done all who made our family of 6 happy today
