"The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee. For lunch and dinner, there are lighter bites, with deli deal options and vegetarian choices, gourmet burgers and freshly made pizzas. Wetherspoon has championed a wide range of drinks, including real ales, craft beers, gins and soft drinks. Table service is available via the Wetherspoon app, using our unlimited free Wi-Fi. This pub has step-free access."

Tried to pay for a drink for my daughter’s birthday over the phone as I couldn’t join her and was told couldn’t take payment over the phone. Manager was too busy to discuss! I’m in retail and know that all machines have a “card not present button” just too bloody programmed and lazy to step outside the box. Absolutely fuming !!

Shocking staff. Eat and drink in the property then order take out food to take to your room and then challenged by staff when eating crackers before you go to your room. Dare answer back and they calm the police. Even the police quipped about having kids running a pub. These awful people have put us off doing business in Malvern and we will not be back

Quite busy and lots of tables left uncleared. Visited on a Friday night and there were quite a few loud and raucous patrons which were causing annoyance to other guests. Drinks always good value for money and the real open fire was a nice touch and made for a cosy atmosphere to enjoy a drink in.

Old Hotel with revolving door, wood panels, gorgeous views over the valley and there is a terrace too. Unfortunately a bitter wind the day we visited so couldn't sit out.Food is as expected for a Wetherspoon. We enjoyed our visit. Staff were friendly, short staffed but tried hard to cover all areas.

Lovely place. Was quite at 2pm. Me and hubby sat down and tried to order the burgers... Couldn't get ANY of them. I know it was valentines day but come on. Ordered chicken tikka Masala which I regreted. Tasted worse than a bugdet microwave meal from the supermarket. Hardly any taste. Just order the burgers (which I would have done if it was available) sat in a beautiful spot over looking Malvern. Another plus is the toilets. Clean and beautifully decorated. Love the tiles and the whole vibe. Beautiful place just be selective about what you order.

Hotel was nice and staff were nice and helpful, but there seems to be a problem somewhere. Everything on the menu we asked for both days, they didn't have. We had problems getting into our room because the card key kept going wrong (although the staff were really nice and helpful about it) The room was nice and comfortable apart from the bathroom which just filled up with water and flooded. There was a stain on the sheets, although I'm pretty sure they were clean. I want to leave a good review because the staff were all so friendly, but it just didn't go right. 😅

Visited for lunch with 3 friends. One has mobility problems. Sat at table 20. Staff could not have been more helpful and attentive, especially female waitress. She will know exactly what we mean!Value for money, enjoyed the panini deal with wine. Staff gave very clear explanation to avoid us ordering too many chips! We will return.

It's my local spoons so don't be too surprised by my five star rating however I have stayed in the hotel upstairs which is fantastic, half way up the Malverns so fantastic for walking breaks as well as really close to three countries showground. Staff over the last ten years have always seemed really friendly and knowledgeable on beers etc. Feel the food is always better at you local spoons, but is always spot on. I will confess I do normally only go during the day and at night of course it a different pub, but I would highly recommend the Foley Arms

Great historic building dating back to the Georgian period. The architecture from the outside, through the rotary front door, into the various rooms with a fantastic panoramic view from the rear of the pub. Staff were friendly and attentive, allowing a sample of the Ales on offer, and the chosen beer did not disappoint.I will certainly return on our next visit to Great Malvern.

Malvern must be embarrassed to have this place. Toilet floor hadn't been properly washed for weeks. Tables outside were soaking wet - staff said they had nothing to dry them with - numerous groups tried and failed to sit out there. Tables inside were sticky and had obviously not been cleaned since the previous evening. Carpets were in need of a vacuum cleaner.I totally dread to think what the kitchens were like if that is the level of attention to detail.Overall, an embarrassment.
