The Swan Inn in Malvern Hills

Just left this beautiful b+b, after a 1 night stay. Absolutely loved it. Managed to squeeze us in for dinner which was lovely, staff very welcoming. Sat outside also , beautiful pub gardens, everywhere was so clean. Room was immaculate, a little small but perfectly formed. Definately stay here again. Thank-you

Pub is located in a very quite and tranquil area. The inside of the pub is very homely but also upscale and modern. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, they were very helpful. The food itself was very very nice. Good portions and homemade food is always worth paying a bit more for and I’ll be very happy to come again. Beer garden is awesome as well.

Quaint pub/Hotel. We stayed 2 nights as party of 4. 1 room very cramped, ours a little better. But nowhere to hang clothes, only the ironing board cupboard which had 3 coat hangers on a rail. Ate here 1st night, food nice although fairly expensive. Quite a wait for service though. Breakfasts were fantastic, everything was spot on. OK for a quick pass through but not to stay for long, hate living out of a suitcase.

Don't often give five stars but the staff made the difference here. Don't mistake my meaning, the food and the pub itself are great and they're dog friendly too. However, from the moment we went in to the moment we left we felt welcome. They even made special effort to get our order for 4 people in before a table of 12 which made a real difference. I had a steak which was cooked to perfection and cannot fault the beer. Be warned though, book ahead, it's a popular pub and rightly so. Well done all at the Swan.

The food was good but the selection was limited, may have been due to the time we went in (1330). I picked my meal, what is your second choice the waitress said (in case we don't have it). What turned up was not my first choice, I was not informed what was coming at any time - So be prepared.

Really lovely pub in a beautiful setting. All meals were absolutely delicious; seasoned and cooked perfectly. Menu was very well set out for all dietary/allergen requirements. All in all a perfect end to our day

We (myself, my wife and our little dog) called in for lunch whilst we stayed at Blackmore Caravan Park down the road. Well... the food was just fantastic!! and the desert we had, the Salted Caramel Torte, shouldn't be allowed.... just incredible!! Great looking pub too.... go and treat yourself soon.... highly recommended

A lovely setting, great food and fab staff. They were able to accommodate a large group of us at quite short notice and the service was excellent. The new partially covered outdoor seating area looks great too. Can't wait for the warmer weather to give it a try. Oh and as a super bonus, the pub is dog friendly too!

We only popped in for a drink but saw the Sunday lunches....wow 😮. The vegetarian wellington was incredible, the lamb Sunday roast incredible. The staff were friendly and the prices were really good for the quality of the food on offer. We will be back.

We had a lovely meal at the Swan. My wife who was gluten free had her meals checked to see if suitable. Place, atmosphere, food and service excellent. Nothing to fault only praise to be given.Thank you and Merry Christmas x
