The Terrace on the Hill in Malvern Hills

We found this restaurant out of surprise and the food was very delicious (especially the bread that comes with the meal!)

Decent place for a cup of coffee and cakes after a hike up the nearby hills.

A great place to drop by for a meal or a drink whilst in the Malvern hills.I dropped in, with friends, for lunch on Saturday. I contacted the café in advance to ask about dietary options (I am on a gluten-free and plant-based diet which can make dining out tricky) and was furnished with the answers I sought.I was pleased with the choices open to me, served in a relaxing and good quality environment, and enjoyed my visit.

The choice of the tarts and other varied produce is excellent.We enjoy the Coffee.We never been disappointed and Marie always makes us very welcome although they are always very busy.If you want lunch it's best to book.

Had a gorgeous slice of orange and passion fruit tart, with a filling curried parsnip soup as my starter. We first popped in without a booking, (and again), and was told nothing available until a certain time. We returned. Left slightly confused with the set up as it’s cakes and coffee on first look but we needed to book… host gave us the impression she wasn’t so keen on us only having soup, cake and coffee between us. But alas, the menu had a delicious variety of dishes (which, had we not have had a cooked breakfast, we’d have ordered the risottos or afternoon tea) service was prompt, and the food was delicious!

Superb!! We did a Saturday night tasting menu. The most amazing tastes and food combinations. Highly recommend

Was really looking forward to this! However, the restaurant had an issue (fine) and they didn't feel the need to notify us at all that they were closed (a lot less fine!)Wasted money on gas and parking just to stand in front of a closed restaurant. What a way to run a business. Thanks for ruining our evening! All the empathy would have been given, had they contacted us and not made us waste our money on a trip to Malvern.

Always a nice occasion to visit here. Lovely staff, delicious food, and warm, clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced in all respects. Thank you.

Only called in with friends for a light lunch. Tried 3 of the soups and the Greek salad. All lovely, including the staff! We will be back.

Booked the afternoon tea for my sisters birthday surprise after finding it online. The staff were so welcoming and Friendly and the cakes, scones and tarts were so so tasty!! Would highly recommend!
