We waited for at least 5 - 10 mins at the front of the Pub, where it advised, but in the end we approached the staff ourselves and asked to be seated, as it was clear it was never going to happen otherwise. The food was expensive for what it was; my gf had a similar meal to my son's which cost almost double for the sake of one sausage. My baguette arrived whiter than milk and not crunchy, so I'm not sure it was even cooked.I'm hoping this was a once off, because I don't like giving negative reviews, but our visit was BAD.

Exellent food eat in or takeaway good prices you may want to book a table ???

Lovely pint and nice selection of beers and ales. Great landlord, and menu looked nice.

Visited the other day for a family meal. It seems as though the landlords family are also visiting, and treating the pub a lot like an extended dining room. They were having fun with food fights and teasing people (like me) who wear masks when they're not sat at their table. The food was meh (I had the veggie curry - reports of the fish and chips were more favourable). The wine (Sauvignon Blanc) was lovely.None of the bar staff wore masks (wait a minute... I think the only person wearing a mask was me... Did I miss a COVID update?) But they were very nice and - amazingly - asked the barflies not to swear as we had kids at our table. This almost never happens any more, and I very much appreciated it.It's a lovely looking pub, but, as with many pubs, especially in Malvern, the regular clientele can turn its cosy interior into something tense and uncomfortable. If social distancing and responsible behaviour are your thing maybe don't visit until COVID is a thing of the past.

A beautiful pub with a lovely open fire. The views of the hills are magical. Friendly staff and loved meeting Max 😘😘😘

Me and my family went to The Three Horseshoes for the first time this evening, hoping for a wonderful experience. When we went in, a dog barked in anger which made my Nan feel very uncomfortable as she is scared of dogs. Obviously it’s nice that it’s dog friendly here but for those who dislike dogs, it’s not so nice. The waitress told us to take a seat and we were expecting to kindly be given a menu. 10-15 minutes later, we didn’t receive a menu or even be asked our drink order, even though it was quiet and we were literally the only ones there! Instead we were sat at our table listening to drunk men shouting and causing a horrible atmosphere…so we left as it was uncomfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to go to have a lovely meal with your family, I do not recommend going here!

We visited after attending the Antiques Fair and rang ahead to check they had a high chair. Very welcoming staff but completely let down by an inedible Sunday dinner. It was midday and the food had clearly been reheated in the microwave rendering the meat leathery - both the beef and pork. Yorkshire puddings were shop bought, too. All in all a disappointing experience.

We popped in on our way home from the showground so it was quite early for food on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm. The food was quite tasty but the ambiance was a bit lacking and more like a drinking pub than an eatery.

Amazing !! Went while at the truck fest at the 3 counties show ground, me husband and little one. Had visited the put a bit further up but just wasn’t ideal for kids at all or fussy eaters. But this place fully accommodated my needs was great with the little one. Dog friendly which my little one was very happy about. And staff was very very friendly. Really recommend lovely pub 100/100 ! Xx
