Home of the school teachers and yuppies of Worcestershire who buy even bigger and larger cars but live in bungalows or semis why is this ? Anyway I digress excellent food items in relation to Waitrose own brand or desserts which are the best and reasonably priced but no the veg and meat is 10 times more expensive than anywhere else. Staff generally pleasant when not fagging behind bike shed. As normal opinions only.

Enjoy the supermarket with great customer service, but the store should look as good outside as inside. Would look so nice if jet washed and litter picked up, more inviting. Glass roof canopy could do with a clean.

I do enjoy a Waitrose. But (oh no... a but) I have noticed something about some of their customers... some of them are a bit rude. One might even go so far as to say "entitled". I listened to a podcast recently (Against The Rules with Michael Lewis) and in one episode they looked at the behaviour of people who drive expensive cars. The results of the experiment were that the more luxe your wagon, the more likely you are to ignore rules, common road courtesy, and occasionally pedestrians. I think the same might be true of Waitrose customers. If anyone wants to pay for this study I'll be interested in the results.Anyway - this Waitrose is fine, lots of lovely food. Cafe isn't amazing - the staff always seem stressed and apparently it takes the same amount of time to prepare a salad as it does a hot meal if you ask them what the quickest thing on the menu is. ("25 minutes for everything" I was told, a little tersely. "Even salad?" I asked, thinking she would assume I just meant hot food. "Yes," she replied, a bit irritably, "everything takes 25 minutes".)

Love shopping at Waitrose. Shelves always well stocked and staff on hand to help where necessary. Good produce of a high quality.

Great staff. I regularly spend in excess of £200 per week in this supermarket. However Worcester store always seems to have fresher products. I’ve queried this to no avail. But the reason I’m leave this review is the Cafe. Pre COVID it was pleasant and the food was above average which is not being unkind, it is after all a supermarket cafe, which my daughters often looked forward to for their Saturday lunch in between shopping. Post COVID it’s awful fish& chips how can you get that so wrong fish over cooked and chips under cooked. Kids menu predictably uninspiring but even the fish finger had a strange after taste and were clearly over cooked, there chips were under cooked too Quality is lacking and so is the cooking of it. Come on Waitrose I know you can do better than this. £35 for under and over cooked food is not what we would expect. Once is forgivable but this is the third time. Please try and be better we know you can.

Clean and tidy store, helpful staff , but I find them expensive.Great parking with a maximum time of up to 3 hours.Fast service at the tills today even though shop was busy.

Really useful place, great range of interesting products & could get everything I needed. Not the cheapest, but good quality produce.

This is a typical Waitrose store of a medium size. It has all the attributes of Waitrose with pleasent staff who go the extra mile to assist if requested. The flat car park right outside is a bonus in this part of town. Never seen it overcrowded even with a full car park - maybe the others had gone into central Malvern. Prices are up on some items of quality, but equaled and even better on day-to-day items, so it is very much a get what you pay for, but overall a good experience.

Waitrose are a market leader. They stock a comprehensive range of goods from the basic to high luxury. Prices are higher than some shops but quality is very high. I find Waitrose stores, generally, very easy to navigate and their staff are supremely competent and helpful. It's all a matter of personal choice whether or not you use them.
