Basmati in Newcastle-under-Lyme

We have been tonight for our nephews 21st birthday meal.What can can I say...... The food, the drinks, the service was second to none.The gentlemen were amazing but Steph and Alison were absolutely amazing.Everything was brought out together and we had a great night.Thanks again and we will certainly be back.

Came last night usually go most Sundays- amazing staff!!! Even when a problem arises they deal with everything correctly, the foods amazing they go out your way make everything happen and down to earth great staff! Had a minor issue last night with another table and they handled everything well. 100% one of the best in stoke on Trent and that’s why they getting 5 stars from me , 100% recommend the chicken tawa wow what a dish - thanks again for a great night. We went there as a family of 5 with 3 children (4 and a half), the staff were outstanding, welcoming and friendly.The food was perfect. The children left absolutely nothing of their meals!I was defeated by the chicken Phaal which was extremely nice but I was too full from the lovely starters, poppadoms and dips etc!When it came to dessert they had run out of somethings we wanted, but actually went to another shop to buy the bits to make it for us!Truly brilliant customer service from start to finish!We had a lovely family meal out! Mine and my partners meal was brilliant couldn't knock them, how they came to your table to see if everything is and how they reheated your food at your table for you. They are an excellent place to go for any occasion. Also they were well manoured and they also had a laught with us and also gave a free drink for valentines day they were brill.

Large place and very well decorated. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is good and presented well. Price was reasonable.

Amazing Indian restaurant! The staff were so polite, very attentive, no issue was too much trouble.We went with a large group, but our food came all at the same time, and it was piping hot, and so tasty. The prices were very competitive too, with other restaurants in the city. Highly recommended to all.

Beautiful food, and great staff as always. Can't fault the restaurant, by far the best in town.

Really fancied a curry tonight as I’m pregnant. Looked at the reviews for this place and they looked really good.The only thing that was nice was the bread. The curries were tasteless couldnt taste any spices and the chicken was chewy as if been defrosted to fast. Won’t be returning what a shame 👎
